Welcome to the Terra Cotta Suite—a cozy Old Town condo with rich clay tones, natural textures, and a comfortable, down-to-earth vibe. With blackout shades, queen beds, and all the essentials, it’s a warm and simple place to land between downtown adventures.

Enjoy a morning walk through Library Park, grab a sandwich or pastry from Mugs, and spend the afternoon checking out local shops or galleries. In the evening, relax with small plates at The Welsh Rabbit or a cocktail at Social before heading home to unwind.

This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 6 | Upper Level

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener

BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, shared laundry on-site, keyless entry, blackout shades, window A/C unit, baseboard heating, cleaning essentials

PARKING: Parking lot behind the building with one dedicated spot for your stay. There is also free street parking out front.

This little apartment was great for a 3 night stay. All amenities were provided and it was so easy to get to Old Town and close to my college son's apartment. The heater is a bit loud but those earplugs came in handy. :) It was very comfortable and very clean. The host was so quick to respond and we will for sure reach out for future visits to FoCo.

My family and I had a great stay here in Fort Collins. The location is prime with it being walkable to old town and there’s a park across the street which was great to have for our little one.
