You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared rooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables.This is Fort Collins' premiere vacation rental!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect with walking distance to breweries and old town. The condo would be prefect if it had a full length mirror, the bathroom mirror was pretty high.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, quiet little neighborhood. Very close to everything. The property was fantastic! They had everything we needed from extra bedding and coffee to a blow dryer. The hot tub was ready for us when we got there with a beautiful rooftop view. The schedule for the hot tub prevents anyone from being above you after 9pm so there is no problem with noise at all. Great stay! we will stay again when we return to Fort Collins.
