House was comfy, clean and just right. My daughter and I had a great time exploring old town, hiking at horsetooth, enjoying stargazing from the hot tub and making s’mores. Beds were comfy, house was quiet, kitchen well stocked.

We really enjoyed having you as our guest and are so glad you found the property to be clean and up-to-date. Thank you for the kind words - it means a lot to us.
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was phenomenal … close to CSU and a walk to Old Town … it worked great for us. The images on the listing don’t do this place justice. The bedrooms, living room, yard … all seemed bigger in person. Everything was clean and our host was super responsive. Definitely a gem!

The property was close enough to walk to town, which was nice. We had a relaxing 2 days enjoying our time here. Although we didn't use the hot tub, it was nice to know it was available! Beautiful back yard with a fire pit and plenty of room to enjoy ourselves! Would stay here again!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the convenient location, relaxing atmosphere, and the amenities during your stay with us. It was our pleasure to host you, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
The house is exactly has described and shown in the photos. We like to cook and found that the kitchen was well equipped. Loved option of dining outside as the weather was perfect. The location is also perfect. We were in walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown, many parks, walking/biking paths plus the Poudre River. We also found it very convenient for accessing the Rocky Mountain National Park which is a beautiful drive from FC.We found Stacy to be very easy to communicate with. She checked in to make sure we had everything needed and responded quickly to our questions.I highly recommend this house if you are planning to stay in Fort Collins. We will definitely stay here again.
