Colina de Brisas (Collina delle Breezes), si trova su una collina sopra la città di Isabel Segunda, sull'isola di Vieques, Puerto Rico. Questa bella casa per le vacanze si affaccia sul Forte di Vieques (El Fortin Conde de Mirasol) con ampie vedute panoramiche sull'Oceano Atlantico, Puerto Rico e l'isola di Culebra.

La proprietà si trova su quasi un acro di terra con abbondanza di frutti tropicali, alberi e piante. C'è una zona pianeggiante sul lato est della proprietà dove troverete piante di aloe, cocco, zucca e alberi di pompelmo. Sul lato ovest della proprietà troverete più piante tropicali, alberi di mango e amache nascoste per rilassarsi all'ombra. Sentiti libero di scegliere alcuni manghi per andare con il tuo pasto o semplicemente rilassarti in una delle amache.

Il soggiorno ha una TV con lettore DVD / videoregistratore. C'è una biblioteca di film tra cui scegliere, nonché libri e giochi da apprezzare quando torni la sera. C'è la connessione WiFi disponibile.

Ogni stanza della casa ha un ventilatore a soffitto per sfruttare appieno la brezza tropicale delle colline.

Colina de Brisas ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi e può ospitare fino a 7 persone. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno privato completo. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha un letto full size e due letti singoli.

C'è una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con piano cottura e forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e stoviglie necessarie. Sentiti a casa e prova a cucinare una vera cena portoricana da uno dei libri di cucina.

Vieni a goderti la veranda, soprattutto la sera, e lascia che gli alisei portino via tutte le tue preoccupazioni. Tavoli e posti a sedere consentono di sedersi e godersi la vista del forte di notte o guardare il traghetto in ritardo arrivare da Puerto Rico. Goditi un pasto in veranda o nel patio mentre fai il barbecue. Ascolta tutta la vita notturna e vedi se riesci a sentire le rane "co-qui".

Great stay near Isabelle Ii

We had a great stay at Colina de Brisas. The house is very large and well equipped. The ceiling fans keep the main areas cool, and the air conditioners in each room keep them comfortable at night. The balcony offers great views of Isabelle II and the port. The driveway is very steep, so older people will need a vehicle to enter and leave the property. Overall, a nice place to stay on Vieques.

Wonderful experience

This property was recommended to me by my brother who stayed a few years ago. We had a wonderful time! The house was very comfortable and clean. There is AC but we never had a need for it. There are tons of windows and cool breezes. The house is nicely decorated, easy to come and go on our day trips, and has a beautiful porch to spend our evenings on. There is a couple of nice bakeries and a market within walking distance. I honestly cannot recommnd the house enough. I would love to go back!

We loved our stay here. Roomy, well equipped house. Super convenient having SUV available, made arrival and departure seamless. Driveway is very steep which prevented two of our group unable to come and go without vehicle, and low water pressure. Positives of this accommodation far outweigh the negatives. We stayed 3 nights and cannot wait to return to this house for a longer stay! Highly recommend.

Colina de Brisas is a beautiful house that is perfect for families. The view is beautiful. There is plenty of space. The house had everything we needed for a great trip. I loved how peaceful it was! We would love to stay there again one day.

Great Place

We were a party of 4, my husband and I, and our 2 teenage grandchildren. They loved their rooms as well as the beautiful sunsets. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and the views are breathtaking.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed the house and car immensely! The car was especially handy and we’re grateful we could rent it. There were no fresh mangos in the trees or hammocks on the property, but horses stopped by. And huge iguanas, which made it all the more special.

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect. It is stocked with toys and books that my young children enjoyed. It has beach chairs, toys, snorkel gear. Kitchen is well stocked. Close drive to multiple beaches.

Excellent property with full kitchen

We are family of 7 - 3 kids and 4 adults and this property owner is super friendly and provides you with car. This property is accessible to all the convenience shopping and shops. We have enjoyed our stay there for 3 days, shower water pressure need to be improved other than that this is 5 star with lot of memories

Wonderful beach-ready guest house.

Great views. Great space and everything works! Easy to get pretty much any/every where. The 5 of us had a very enjoyable, stress-free stay here. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful.

Great property sits above tree canopies. Awesome views of the surrounding areas all the way to the sea. Owner provided everything needed for a excellent beach outing( chairs, coolers, towels, and even some snorkeling gear).

family friendly residence

The unit worked well for our family with three tween to teenage daughters. There were plenty of towels, chairs, and other supplies, including an umbrella and toys, for the beach The drive to beaches was about 12-15 minutes. The house was a short walk into town. Renee was helpful with the check-in process and she quickly responded to all inquiries.

Well equipped house.

Everything you need to access everything on the island. We left a local map to help get oriented. Loved that the AC worked well. Took us a while to get used to the chickens and dogs in the neighborhood. We would certainly stay here again.

What a wonderful experience staying at Colina de Brisas. The house was plenty equipped for our stay. Upon our arrival, being greeted by wild horses in the marquesina. To the ample kitchen for entertaining and enjoying the daily sunsets over the plentiful onsite fruit trees. Or the very close proximity to everything in Isabela II…the house was lovely and exactly what we needed. My family and I had an amazing time and the accommodations made it convenient and comfortable. Thank you for having us. We enjoyed every moment and hope to be back soon. We recommend this house greatly!

My family of five (one teen, two young adults,and parents)loved our stay at Colina de Brisas during the last week of December/early January. The house is spacious, attractive, well equipped and wonderfully sited on a hill providing fabulous views and breezes. The short walk to town, and the short drive to the grocery store, produce truck, and beaches enhanced the location. We loved all the sounds that emanated from the outside - roosters, tree frogs, birds, etc. The beaches on Vieques do NOT disappoint - great for swimming, taking long walks, picnics, and privacy - even in "peak " season. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Amazing stay on Vieques!

We all agree this is one of our best trips to date - and part of it is because of this house. Such a beautiful view, so much space, awesome kitchen to cook in - we could go on and on. And having the car with the house was wonderful! Renee is a wonderful host! This was a wonderful place to come back to after adventuring during the day. We were able to get a very good feel for island life here - and we loved it! Chickens, horses, beaches - and don't miss out on the Rincon food truck - amazing! We loved Bieke's, but weren't able to dine out as much as we wanted to, so I know there are many other great restaurants. And this house has amazing pans - stainless steel! We really appreciated that:0) Not all places have good cookware:0) And great beach chairs/umbrella. Wonderful place - highly recommended by all of us!

We had a great week at th...

We had a great week at this house. We chose it over others that were perhaps fancier because it seemed to be a fantastically well-run rental and we were right. We set off the alarm when we entered (our fault) and the owner was right on the phone to help. We also locked our things in the safe as we were about to catch our plane (again, our fault: her instructions suggest taking things out the night before you leave so this doesn't happen) and the owner was able to help us right away. We also emailed her with a few house-related questions during the week and she responded quickly. We have rented a lot of vacation homes and never had such communication with the owner. The house is clean, it does indeed have fantastic breezes, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped. The driveway is cartoonishly steep but our rental SUV had no problem. It was great for kids: there were plenty of books and toys and beach toys for them to play with. There was a crib and a high-chair waiting for us. We walked to town, to the fort, and to the colmado down the way for ice cream in the afternoons. There are lots of roosters of course, starting at 3:30 am. But the upside of getting up at 6 every morning was that we were on the beach (secret beach was our favorite with little kids: sit over on the left end so the kids can snorkel in two- feet deep water) by 8:30 am so our days weren't too taxing for our sleep-deprived state. Nothing a medalla couldn't cure!

We vacationed on Vieques in 2004 and fell in love with the laid back, simple island that is Vieques. The virtually empty, white sand beaches combined with the undeveloped island (no traffic lights or WalMart!) made us dream of owning a second home here. Our dream became a reality the very next year and we have vacationed here every year since! We are blessed to have a little piece of this paradise.

We feel in love with the views - while it's not close to the ocean, there is very limited true oceanfront property available, we preferred the quiet hillside location which provides panoramic ocean views, cooling tropical breezes and beautiful sunsets.
