SEMI-OCEANFRONT Waves-Sea Isle Hills. Tillgång till stranden är enkelt med en privat strandpromenad. Breda däck hälsar dig vid dörren, där du kan gå in på första nivå spelrummet med biljardbord och våt bar med kylskåp. An amazing week away

My family had an amazing time enjoying all the amenities of this house and the surrounding area. The house was so clean and neat upon arrival and was exactly as pictured and the private access to the beach was so convenient! We also enjoyed a lovely surprise from Kathy, the operations manager, the day we arrived, a welcome bag with OBX taffy! So sweet and so very thoughtful! We'll definitely be booking this home again!

Family vacation

Vacation for my family and my parents. I left my parents for the second week to enjoy the time alone. They were very happy and felt comfortable while there on their own. I definitely recommend this listing

Large house and good location.

The house is large and nice, plenty of space for the 12 of us during our visit in July 2018. We really enjoyed the location- short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. House is not new, so there are signes of wear and tear. The cleaning could have been better (like on top of fireplace, refrigerator and window frames). But the beds were clean and nice. The pool was nice, although no one came to fix the pool lights while we were there. The dishwasher need replacing- it leaked. The hammock was missing an attachement for hanging, so it could not be used. Kitchen was well equipped, although we did miss a large pot - there are only small ones, and when making dinner for 12 you need something large.

Beautiful home

This is a great property. The house is lovely and well appointed. The master bedrooms are huge and airy. This home sits on a double lot so the yard is huge. Having the private boardwalk to the beach was amazing. It was just a very short walk and up and over the dunes. The location of the house is not in the hustle and bustle of things. We actually loved that about it. The neighborhood was very nice. The kids rode their bikes all the time. The decks on this home are amazing. They wrap the whole way around and you have great views from the top. We used the pool and hot tub daily. Both are great. It’s a very nice home. We had a fabulous week and great weather. The only things I can say negative is that the pots and pans were not the best and need replacing, although the kitchen had a ton of silverware and dishes and a huge pantry. A few of the beds were a little hard too but overall it was pretty close to perfect. May consider a larger grill at some point as well. Those were small items compared to how close it was to the water and the private walkway and lovely home. Easy to book and always had answers to any questions very quickly. Would definitely stay there again. We are actually looking forward to booking again for next year.

Large enough for multiple families to spread out

We had a very nice time on our family vacation which included my parents and my sisters family. The house is beautiful and very spacious and very close to the beach. I wish I realized that the walk would be up the dunes to get to the beach which made the walk just a little bit more difficult for my mother who walks with a cane and my husband who was having a foot issue that week. However despite that it was close enough to send the kids there on their own and plenty of room within the house for the kids to have their own spaces and the adults to have room for adult time. I’m not sure I will stay in Waves again as restaurants seem to close early and there was not as much to do as we have been used to more north. But I would highly recommend this home For anyone interested in experiencing this area.

Great getaway!

We needed a change of scenery after being cooped up for 8 months. The weather was wonderful, location was great, and the view was beautiful. Daily walks on the beach were just what we needed! It was even warm enough for the kids to boogie board and play in the ocean! Thank you for a great stay!!
