Welcome to The Lodge at Maggie’s Farm—a spacious 5,000-square-foot waterfront retreat set on 48 beautiful acres directly on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. With room to sleep 23 in beds, The Lodge is ideal for family vacations, reunions, retreats and groups looking for plenty of space to relax and enjoy the lake.

Despite its peaceful setting, Maggie’s Farm is just minutes from restaurants, shopping, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Magic Springs and everything Hot Springs has to offer.

THE LODGE
The Lodge features 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 primary suites, a bunkroom and 3 separate living areas, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out.

Step outside to enjoy your private swimming pool, in-ground hot tub and tennis court. The pool area includes a beautiful rock patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar overlooking Lake Hamilton. Three additional outdoor seating areas offer wonderful lake and mountain views.

The property sits on a beautiful area of Lake Hamilton with access for swimming, boating, skiing, fishing and kayaking. Guests also have access to the pond, boat dock and plenty of acreage to explore.

PLEASE NOTE – TWO HOMES AT MAGGIE’S FARM
Maggie’s Farm has two separate vacation homes on the 48-acre property: The Lodge and our newer Cabin. The Cabin is a separate rental and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The two homes are positioned near each other but are not visible from one another, allowing each to feel private and secluded.

The Lodge’s swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court are exclusively for Lodge guests. The pond and boat dock are the only shared amenities between the two homes.

The boat dock has two covered boat stalls—one designated for Lodge guests and one for Cabin guests. There is also additional space for boats to tie up along the boardwalk and swim dock.

Need even more space? The Cabin sleeps up to 16 additional guests and can be booked along with The Lodge, accommodating up to 39 guests between the two homes. The house and amenities were perfect. We all enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub; hiking around the property and just relaxing in the house. Great place for a big family to gather. Leslie was readily available and answered inquiries timely! We will go back in the summer.

Perfect secluded property

Wonderful rental property

We stayed in this rental property for the weekend and it could not have worked out better (minus some bad weather). The house itself has everything you could need and so much space for a bigger group. It is conveniently located and offers so many great amenities. We had a great time and the host was very helpful.

My party of 23 loved everything about this house,plenty of room ,well equipped with all the untensiled we needed, the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the outdoor patio area,the hot tub was clean and readily to enjoy, even though we didnt.We had one issue with the electric but the host responded back immediately and it was after midnight. We definitely book again.

Business Retreat

We enjoyed the stay. I was excellent for our business retreat. We were able to get a lot of work done and had plenty of room for all who stayed. The views were amazing, and I do think everyone had a relaxing time even with work. Thank you for helping with our schedule and changes we had due to weather.
