Bienvenido a Pinnacle Port, un pequeño y tranquilo rincón del mundo con hermosas aguas blancas y aguas cristalinas. Este condominio penthouse ideal para familias está ubicado en el último piso en una comunidad cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas. Esta unidad de tres dormitorios y tres baños recientemente renovada ofrece excelentes vistas del lago Powell y el océano. La sala de estar cuenta con TV de alta definición y sofá cama con balcón con vistas al lago Powell. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, un televisor de pantalla plana y vista al mar con balcón. El segundo y el tercer dormitorio cuentan con camas queen con televisores de pantalla plana. La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito. El condominio cuenta con tres baños completos, una lavadora / secadora y Wi-Fi. No fumar y no se permiten mascotas. Los inquilinos deben tener 25 años o más.

Pinnacle Port tiene mucho que ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes. Hay una piscina al aire libre y una piscina climatizada interior / exterior. Los deportes al aire libre incluyen cuatro canchas de tejo, cuatro canchas de tenis iluminadas y una cancha de básquetbol. Hay parrillas al aire libre disponibles para su uso con algunas mesas de picnic. También hay un parque infantil en el hotel. Canoas, kayaks y un bote de pedales para usar en Lake Powell están disponibles. Un puerto deportivo y un embarcadero también están disponibles para los huéspedes. La pesca en los muelles está disponible con una licencia de pesca de Florida.

We love staying at Pinnacle Port, and this time was no exception! This condo had plenty of room and beautiful views. Some of the living room furniture was different than pictured, but that was no problem for us. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others!

Best communication with owner

Carolyn was an exceptional owner to work with. Any communications that resort relayed to her she in turn relayed to us. Condo was great and will definitely book with her again!

Great week!!!

The condo property manager was very quick to respond to any questions regarding the property. This was our 10th year staying at Pinnacle Port and have stayed in many different properties in the tower and this condo (PH-2) was by far the best due to the views from all the balconies and windows! This too was the best ever…the moon and stars were obviously aligned just right because the weather was magnificent (a little hot for this time of year) and the beaches lived up to their name….”emerald beaches”!! I’ll definitely be checking on vacancy of this unit for next years beach vacay!!! I highly recommend this unit for anyone and or family!!

Gnats in room.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port for 7 years now and this was by far our worst stay yet. We had gnats in Kitchen and bathrooms so bad it ruined food we had bought for our trip. The host did send out a pest control a couple times to find out if was a mold issue they had under the sink in kitchen and that they where fungus gnats. We where told upon check in that they had came in from a open window. The pest man said there was no way the infestation was this bad from a open window. We will never rent this unit again. Im not sure how informed the Host was about how bad the issues was till we arrived but it was to the limit we almost left several times. The Host did try to accommodate the issue but we should have been fully re-embursed for such an issue that we had to endure or lose all our paid trip. I would have even considered just rebooking new dates for no more cost and no pest.

Beach Trip

We were pleased with this unit. Two balconies, one with lake view, the other with a gulf view. This two story condo felt like home and was nicely decorated. The location is great and beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and would book again! No complaints!

We loved the views from both balconies. It was nice that each room had its own full bath. We also liked that one bedroom was downstairs while the others 2 were upstairs. There were thoughtful touches like soap, salt/pepper, Tupperware, toaster and kuerig

Pinnacle Port PH2 stay

We had a wonderful time while staying at Pinnacle Port. The condo was very clean and was the perfect size for our family of 6, we enjoyed that we all had our own spaces to get away to! There were minor issues with the AC and the water pressure but it didn't bother us one bit and the host was very up front about it before we arrived and even gave a discount. We would highly recommend this place for any future guests!

Family Beach Time!

Absolutely love Pinnacle Port, this was our 6th year! This condo met all my family’s needs, the property itself was doing some repairs and upgrades and Carolyn was always on top of letting know us any changes. She was easy to get in touch with. Definitely give them a try, it’s not great for families of all ages, located at the west end of PCB, the secure gated Clarillon Community on the entrance side, the beautiful Gulf on one side, Lake Powell and St. Helens Park, it is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places.

Great Location and View!

This is a great gulf front property. The security was very comforting., We enjoyed the Gulf and the very large pool which is partially enclosed for those who may have a bit of a sunburn. The kitchen of our unit was throughly stocked with cookware. A great place we will probably return in the future.

We had a great, relaxing week at the beach. The condo has all of the amenities for your family and Carolyn is awesome! One hiccup with hot water but restored to the complex timely. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely worth it!

From start to finish, our stay was amazing. The owners were so helpful and the property was better than I could have imagined. The condo has ample space for a family to stay, was completely clean upon our arrival, and the property itself was beautiful. Definitely plan to book here again!

Fall wedding in PCB

Wonderful property at the west end of the beach. Fabulous pool with indoor/outdoor swimming and plenty of deck space. Our condo had views of the Gulf and lake Powell. The 3 bedrooms were the perfect set up for us. Carolyn was great to work with and very easy to reach. We will definitely book again and recommend this property.

Great weekend!

I would say the pictures are a little misleading because the place was a little smaller than we expected and two of the rooms (King room and twin beds room) were upstairs, but we enjoyed our stay none the less! When we had a question about the toilet in the downstairs bathroom, we got a quick response and someone came right out! Loved that we were right on the beach and near the pool. I would definitely book again.
