Our place can accommodate comfortably a family of 8. It's a two-story townhouse with master bedroom and bath, living, dining and kitchen area downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, get the view of mini gulf coarse and the canal from the master bedroom and upstairs bedroom, while downstairs we have a patio with a grill and small entertainment area overlooking the miniature gulf course and canal.
There are 2 dedicated parking spaces in front of the unit.

Please note age limit to rent is 25, we do check ID, no spring breakers are allowed.

Other things to note

Please keep in mind only 2 cars are allowed per unit in the resort, you will only get 2 parking passes. There is no space for any more cars.
Only 8 people are allowed per unit per HOA.
You will forfeit your damage deposit or will be evicted for breaking any rules.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel.
Please treat the space with respect.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

• Please note 10 AM CHECK OUT IS A MUST! There will be a $50 charge on the security deposit immediately every 15 minutes after 10 AM.

• Copy of the driver's license required after booking. Access will not be provided without a copy of DL.

• If the booking is more than 10 days house cleaning required every 10 days, cleaning fee shall be paid in full for each cleaning.
•Gulf Highlands Resort provides family-oriented vacation accommodations and we will not rent to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25.

•Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees and removal of the premises.

•No subletting, the person that made a booking must be present at the check-in and be on the property entire stay.

•Absolutely NO SMOKING/Vaporing/Hookahs, not any kind of tobacco within the premises. NO smoking on the wooden porch.

• No pets, no parties. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house per HOA.

•Only 2 assigned parking spaces are available.

•No boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles allowed in the community.

•Quiet time after 10 PM. No parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.


•Cleaning fee is only for regular departure clean, the house must be left in good condition, there will be charges for any excessive cleaning.

•You will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave for breaking the rules.

•Check in after 4 pm, check out by 10 am.
