The condo has plenty of room for everyone. Great location, we love staying at the Aqua. The carpet needs to go, but you cld tell they did try cleaning it. Overall we had a great time!

Excellent location but sparce accomodations. Balcony furniture need updating and not comfy. Indoor furniture needs updating and fans rattle. We enjoyed the Aqua and the location. Lovely beach.

Location was great, none of the codes worked for the gate or garage. Maintenance had to come and service the HVAC.

This was a large well decorated condo in a nice building with great amenities. The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is that the tile floor would leave the bottoms of your feet or socks black and there were dark traffic patterns on the carpets. I think it is the cleaning solution that they are using on the tile. All other areas were very clean.

Had a great vacation with my family! Had one meet up with us from Colorado and one from Alabama and the rest are from S. Carolina. Had a great week. The only hitch to the whole week was we were on the 22nd floor out of 23 which was great but they were doing some kind of remodeling to the unit right above us. I called the office and they said that they would contact them. After about 30 minutes, I started beating on the ceiling and they did start watching the noise. (No big deal) Overall it was a great week!!

DO NOT STAY HERE UNTILL SIGNIFICANT WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON THIS UNIT! This property was advertised as stunning, penthouse level luxury. It was not on the top floor, and there was nothing that qualified it as penthouse luxury level. All the furnishings are worn out. Everything is dirty. There are no blankets. Cigarette burns on most of the surfaces. The carpet was disgusting, the fan squeaked constantly. The ice machine did not work. The curtains in the master bedroom were falling down. The mirror in the spare bathroom is coming away from the wall. There was mold all over the shower curtains. The walls and baseboards were filthy. The cookware is worn out and the balcony furniture needs to be replaced. The only thing that made this trip enjoyable was the beautiful beach outside the room. I did contact management and they offered to send cleaning company and maintenance back out And I declined their offer because who wants to deal with maintenance and a cleaning crew while you’re supposed to be relaxing. A unit that is advertised the way this one was and cost as much as this one was should have been ready when we got there.
