This is an OVERSIZED BEACH FRONT 3 BEDROOM (2,600 sq. ft) in the Portofino resort . The back bedroom is locked off, leaving two spacious bedrooms to rent. Please contact us for specific quote. Max occupancy is 4.

We are right on the beach in a luxury gated community with 11 acres of landscaped gardens, on the 10th floor with spectacular 180 degree views of the ocean, modern large open layout, colorful Mexican accents, large balcony. The Master bedroom has a spectacular ocean view leading to the terrace and elevated lounge area perfect for private moments.
The unit has been meticulously equipped and furnished for easy living for our family and invited friends/guests. ( free WIFI internet, FREE calls to North America, Canada and Europe, cable TV with many English channels, NETFLIX capable, A/C, fans all over, washer/dryer/, quality furniture, not rental stuff, once a week maid included)

The swimming pool, is just like in the picture, beautiful, enormous with separate areas for adults, jacuzzi and kids. A few steps from the swimming pool, the private beach has umbrellas and lounges for guests. A 4 km secluded stretch of white sand ideal for running or simply watching the sunset...

There is a lighted tennis court, 3 picketball courts, paddle tennis, a modern gym, large heated pools and a snack bar by the pool with service to the units and beach, pool area and at the condo, a play areas for kids, and a business center.

The condominium is located in the exclusive Marina, across from the 18 hole golf course, a convenient 5 minutes to the airport and 3 miles from downtown and a 5 minute walk to the many stores and restaurants in the 400 slip Yacht Marina. The MARINA is the most exclusive area in town, quiet, residential, and all the main facilities within walking distance and the home of the best hotels... the Marriott, Westin and Velas. Furthermore, it's a private GATED community, with 24 hr. security. There is a taxi stand right outside at the gate or uber at your service.

Electricity is not included, so the day of your arrival and departure, we'll take a picture of the electrical meter and will charge you at the official rate upon departure. Please pay in cash

Having spent time in this unit one February, I can tell you that everything advertised is accurate. This is a fabulous place to stay and the views from your unit are fantastic. I recommend it to any family looking for a great stay of any length in the Puerto Vallarta area. All attractions of PV are easily accessible from here either in your own vehicle or by taxi.

We stayed at this gorgeous apartment for a week last month. We we ultra comfortable in this home full of light, color and local art. Our problem was we had a hard time LEAVING!! Can't beat awakening with the sound of the ocean, having your coffee on that huge terrace before you decide whether to walk on the beach or take a swim in the impeccable pools downstairs. We are definitely going back!

The apartment is even larger than it appears in the pictures and tastefully decorated in vivid colors, with interesting artwork. The beds are particularly comfortable. Strong WiFi connection. Free long distances to Canada and the US a nice plus. Breathtaking views of the Pacific and its sunsets. Dean had left very exhaustive list of information, very practical to have. The cleaning lady was on time and eager to please. Close to the marina, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy access to center of town by bus. I would recommend this place in a nanosecond!

Five Star All The way!

As 'regulars', it is our favorite place to vacation after a long Pacific Northwest winter. We have been vacationing at Portofino since 2008, and intend to return for many years to come. Hats off to Dean Ross. He's a great host. The Marina District of Puerto Vallarta is a safe and fun place to vacation.

Fantastica!

This 3 bedroom unit is over the top. Spacious, well equipped, beautiful furnishings and breathtaking views of the Bay and Downtown. Quiet and relaxing with 3 pools and a swimmable beach. Easy access to Downtown by bus or taxi. Walk to great restaurants at the Marina or Commercial Mexicana for groceries. Maid and condo staff were friendly and very professional. Owner is very responsive.We booked a month for 2014 and can hardly wait to get back. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for 30+ years and this is by far the best place we have stayed.

The accommodation was OK, altho the decor is a little off the wall. We had trouble with lights that did not work, a day without hot water, a day without gas for the stove, which was shut off in the middle of my making pancakes.. The view is fantastic. Very unreliable maid, who altho arranged for Wednesday, came what ever day she wanted and the last week not at all. I would recommend the Rock n Roll diner in the Marina for their ribs.

We stayed in this unit for 16 days in late January and early February of 2010. It was AMAZING!! The views from the balcony are great. We liked to open the hugh sliding glass doors and let the ocean breezes come into the condo. Plenty of space. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Our son and his girlfriend came down and they had all the privacy they wanted. The kitchen is stocked well and worked out perfectly for breakfast and lunches. The grocery store is a short 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants at the Marina are even closer. All in all a very laid back and comfortable place to stay. Dean was very helpful and great to rent from. We'll be back!

This gorgeous 3BR 3BA condo is simply perfect in every way. The views were spectacular from the large terrace and the place was quality luxury throughout. We felt extremely comfortable and the master bed was perfect, no backaches to wake up to unlike a lot of mattresses in Mexico. Oceanviews, the huge pool, the grounds and the gym were superb. This place is first rate and we will stay here again.
