Ático frente a la playa en un complejo tranquilo

Este encantador Penthouse frente a la playa domina las arenas doradas y las aguas cristalinas de la famosa costa sur de Vallarta. Las vistas desde la cima son simplemente increíbles. Sal del elevador y estarás a unos segundos de la arena.

El plano de planta abierto, luminoso y luminoso, cuenta con una excelente cocina con despensa y una acogedora sala de estar con vista a la playa, la bahía y los jardines.

La suite principal del piso principal cuenta con impresionantes vistas, terraza al aire libre y baño privado con amplio espacio de guardarropas.

Arriba hay una encantadora sala de estar con vistas al piso principal y al océano. También arriba hay un segundo dormitorio completo con su propio baño.

El complejo bien mantenido incluye: entrada segura, administración profesional, amplio estacionamiento y dos hermosas piscinas rodeadas de jardines tropicales.

Esta hermosa casa frente al mar se encuentra en la playa norte de la zona de Gemelas. Si bien es probable que no lo use en el invierno, debe tenerse en cuenta que la habitación del segundo piso actualmente no tiene aire acondicionado. La planta baja (cocina, dormitorio, sala de estar) tiene aire acondicionado.

Este es un complejo residencial, NO un hotel. Aunque tratamos de mantener los artículos de tocador abastecidos, no hay servicios de limpieza / conserjería en el lugar. Hay una pequeña tienda al lado para obtener lo esencial, pero es probable que sea necesario un viaje a la ciudad para comprar alimentos.

Las escaleras hacia el segundo piso no son adecuadas para personas muy jóvenes o con problemas de movilidad.

Ken was an amazing host with quick responses. The location was great for us as we were travelling with an elderly Father and the quieter pace of Play Gemelas was much preferred with options to go into town. Would highly recommend this place. Seeing whales every morning and the odd manta a sting ray from the balcony was a huge plus. Thanks for a great Christmas vacation!

Quirky but amazing

The decor and layout of the apartment is a bit unusual, but it is well equipped and everything works. There's actually no dining table inside the apartment, but that doesn't matter because the balcony is where you will spend most of your time, not just eating, but watching the amazing views of ocean, mountains, boats, and, of course, whales! And the sound of the waves is wonderful. What a location! The people working at the complex are super helpful, and the pool and beach are wonderful. The apartment is well stocked with supplies, so all you need to do is stop off at a grocery or Walmart and pick up your food and you are all set. Finally, a shout out to the owner, Ken Rada, who is super responsive and super helpful.

Located on the best beach

The view from the penthouse is spectacular & in our opinion, located on the best beach. The condo is well equipped to cook and is very clean. We prefer a firm bed, the downstairs was way too soft, the upstairs one is a bit better but that’s just a matter of preference. Ken was very responsive & kind to check in on us during our stay. Overall, we highly recommend.

Paradise!

We spent 2 full weeks and wish we didn’t have to leave. This place is absolutely perfect for us. The top floor penthouse and balcony overlooking the ocean is spectacular. We used the place to the fullest. The kitchen is fully stocked and we made two big trips to the grocery store to take advantage of this. The living room is comfortable and the master bedroom is amazing - sleeping to the sound of waves and waking to the view without even getting out of bed. Many of the people in the complex are full timers or regular returnees spending months at a time here. And they were very friendly and engaging. They even invited us to participate in water aerobics! And the beach, WOW. Clean as you will ever find a beach. We saw whales, rays, fish, turtles, dolphins, etc. . . All from the balcony and from the beach. Great restaurant next door and food service from the same on the beach. Bus stop is right there and easy to get to town or the other way towards Mismayola - taxi’s right there as well. This place is quiet and wonderful! Thank you for having us!

Perfect place to escape the winter weather

A beautiful condo overlooking the Pacific. Every amenity is included, even humpback whales passing by during morning coffee and afternoon margaritas. Can’t wait for a return visit.

Amazing views!

We loved the views from the penthouse condo on the beach! The beach was very clean and the water was so warm. It’s not a beach that goes on and on for walking, which I kind of missed as I’m a walker. But it was a reasonably priced condo and clean, and well equipped kitchen. The bed was sooo comfortable! Ken was a great communicator before and during our stay. The location was good too as we went to town and Mismaloya way as well for activities. Cheap taxi or Uber and we took the bus several times too. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views!!

Views from balcony were outstanding! Saw rays, humpbacks, sea snakes and a turtle! Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and beach area fabulous. In a great, quiet location with easy bus access. Looking forward to visiting again.

We have stayed at Playas Gemelas several times in different condos, this was our first time in this Penthouse and we absolutely loved it! Great escape!

Girlfriends and I were looking for an inexpensive way to enjoy some sun, sand and sea therapy and this fit the bill perfectly! I loved being a bit out of town (just an $8 cab ride in) and getting to walk just steps to the beach! The owner was very easy to communicate with and quite helpful with all the questions I had. All the staff we encountered were also extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for frills and bells and whistles, this is not the place for you. But for a spacious, relaxing spot at a very affordable price, it's perfect!

Best Location

This location delivered! It is a scenic and relaxing view from the penthouse deck. We saw whales, dolphins, stingrays and sardinias anytime of the day or evening. Lots of locals on the beach on the weekend gave us a glimpse of the local culture. We would come again.

The property was as described in VRBO.

The Property Manager, KEN, was very helpful. Ken contacted us to see how everything was going, 2 blankets were waiting for us from Amazon in case we were cold, the sundries were well stocked. The Playa Gemelas staff was friendly,helpful and always smiling. As the facility is primarily occupied by the owners we often were the only ones at the pool or shared by a few others. Given the opportunity we will stay in this Condo in Playa Gemelas again. Thanks Ken for sharing your Condo with us.

Paradise !

This condo was great! Clean and well-equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect location. Super easy to get downtown on the bus from the bus stop right across the street. There is also a taxi stand right out front if that is your preference. The private beach was terrific! Beach chairs/umbrellas/tables available for rent or you can just throw down your towel and relax! The complex was very well maintained and the staff was super helpful. Real easy to get to a grocery store and grab basics for the condo. Laundry room conveniently located right next to the office. We have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for 17 years and this is one of the nicer places we’ve stayed. Communication with the owner was superb. Would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you, Ken, for sharing your beautiful home with us to enjoy!!

Penthouse escape on a quiet beach

This condo is in a quiet location with a beautiful sandy beach. The view from the balcony is stunning, of both the ocean and the pool. The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. I actually took 2 of my own that are identical as in the ad! The check in was easy, staff very helpful and accommodating. The penthouse unit is very clean and well stocked. The host provided written recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. which were very helpful for our first visit to PV. We would highly recommend this unit and will definitely return!
