Beautiful Lake Front house with Spectacular view, new deck/private dock sleep 6

Sleeps 6 Charming and cozy lake front house with 3 bedrooms and spectacular 180 Degrees view from living room and brand new large deck . In a quiet neighborhood but still in the heart of the action. Located near a Walmart and Safeway (15 min car drive)
There is 2 queen beds (new mattresses) as well as a bunk bed (full size on bottom and full size on top) to make sure everyone is comfortable at night. Safe and walkable neighborhood.

The kitchen has an electric stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher , mini oven, and all the cooking utensils (plates, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc.) you'll need.
Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only. Late check in is not a problem!
The private backyard is an ideal place to share a bottle of wine or have your morning coffee. Please note, this is a place for private get together and not a party house.

Washer and dryer also provided in the house on the lower level where the second bathroom is located and access from outside.

FREE WIFI Strong. You can work from our house.
New dishwasher. Utensiles and Pots/Pan. We did replaced just recently

2 Kayaks provided and please bring your own life vests so you know for sure you have your size.
Stairs to get to lake level can be a problem with limited mobility. Also, please note that we are not offering mooring whip anymore as they got broken and people don’t know how to use it. They are still on the photo, but we don’t have them anymore for our guests to use. It’s unfortunate, but we got too many problem with it.
We accept pets. You must tell the owner about the breed and the amount of pet. There is a minimum of 30$ a day pet fees. the fees can be more if more than 1 pet. At the owner discretion. ( depending size and breed)

Cozy overlook

I loved this spot, right near the water and has a wonderful lookout point. Just be ready for leg day because the stairs after a few trips are no joke. The house was clean and was well maintained. Thank you for allowing pets.

Fantastic house with very large family/living room. First night we were there the neighbors had a wild drunken party. But once we went inside we couldn’t a thing. Will definitely consider this house for our next trip!

The deck is outstanding - we spent pretty much every moment, from morning coffee to evening cocktails, there. Super great communication with Martine, well-equipped kitchen, and all slept well. Enjoyed this view the whole 2 days, Even had sunshine in September !!! It was time to do laundry on our trip so washer and dryer was a plus. Only thing we suggested to the host was installation of a railing going downstairs to laundry room.

On the lake

Once we arrived, we understood why Martine recommended not using the driveway, it’s steep. The home has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The deck was nice for enjoying lake views, and having a dock was a bonus. One thing that would be nice is having access to an outdoor electrical plug to recharge our electric vehicle. Overall nice comfortable stay.

Had the best 4th of July ever!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures really show the property well. There was thoughtfulness in the items provided (sofa protectors for dogs, well equipped kitchen, outdoor chairs that don't block inside view of lake.) The beds were comfy, the air conditioner was fine. We had a great view of fireworks from the deck. Went swimming off the dock. one of our best vacations ever!
