Legendary Lake House. All of the amenities you can ask for at a lake house. Hot Tub was amazing, had a blast on the paddle boat. The hosts were very responsive, and communicated well. Definitely helped elevate our trip. Would definitely book again and would overly recommend.

We loved staying here for my husbands birthday! The listing was exactly as it stated. We enjoyed the peddal boat and fishing right off the dock. The kids loved the acrades and the bests were great!! Cant wait to come back in a few months.

The house was just as listed, very nice. The dock and boat slip were perfect. The house was tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home. We stayed a couple weeks and had a very good time. Would rent this house again, definitely!

1st VRBO experience and it was great!

We loved the house, deck, boat docking area, and communication from our hosts. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely rent from the hosts again.

Overall it was a really great house. Sad the lake was low but it was still nice to sit out on the deck and grill and have our wine from our trip. Thanks for a great house plenty of room for us!

Almost exactly as listed!!

The house was great! Everything was just as listed and pictured, clean and fresh/new feeling. The beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen had all you would need (including keurig coffee pods and machine), and the games were great for the kids and adults! If I could have changed one thing it would have been the pedal boat - it was very dirty. It was covered in dirt, cobwebs, and spiders. We attempted to clean it and after killing a few larger spiders there were still at least a handful of very small spiders running around. With no hose or anything down on the dock to use other than our rag we gave up and the kids (2 and 4) were pretty disappointed. The boat should be included in the items cleaned between guests if it's going to be included on the listing and available to use because it really wasn't in a condition that it was possible for us to use.

Perfection

Everything was perfect. The property, the water, the weather, the owners, everything. We had to leave early due to an emergency with our pet and even that the owners were understanding and wonderful. We will be back, unfortunately it will be without our little Nani, but she got to spend some of her last few days in a place of peace and beauty. So thank you Stacy and Tim, for everything.

Great Relaxation Spot

The Pelican place is a nice place to unwind & relax. There's board games, card games, WII & a PAC MAN arcade to entertain everyone. And of course, we enjoyed the lake, paddle boat & coffee on the deck in the morning. Worth the stay.

Great Property - Perfect for Fishing

Pelican Place was great. Really nice inside and the dock was perfect for the three boats we brought. The water in the lake was low but there was at least 6' at the dock. The only caveat I have is when the water is this low, be EXTREMELY careful going down the ramp in the morning when it is covered with dew. There is a sign posted, HEED THE WARNING. As in use both hands on the rails! We didn't have any major mishaps but it is tricky! Other than that (which of course the owners have no control over) this is a great place to base your fishing trip out of. Thanks!

Beautiful Place

Beautiful nice kept house. Loved our stay. My girls felt so at home and comfortable that they didn’t want to come back home. They really enjoyed the paddle boat as well. Will definitely come back one day. We really enjoyed our stay, but sadly didn’t catch any fishes off the dock. I guess we were too early.

Lovely Family Getaway

Great Time on the Water!

We enjoyed the property so much. It was clean, well furnished, and met our expectations from what we saw online. The fact that the hosts were active and check in was even better. We appreciate hosts who are so customer focused. We brought our autistic adults for a getaway, and the time in the home was a wonderful getaway for them. Thank you for being a shining light to those in need. Not only was it affordable, it was well worth it!
