Dock on the pond, gardens, your own laundry, electric bikes, beach chairs, and canoe

With fall in full swing, The Breeze is your gateway to exploring the natural beauty of Cape Cod. Step outside and embark on nearby hikes, like the scenic Salt Pond Trail, where the vibrant fall foliage meets sweeping coastal views. Take one of our provided electric bikes and head out to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, just down the street, where you can pedal through a kaleidoscope of autumn colors and quiet wooded paths. If you're up for a true adventure, visit Fort Hill, just minutes away, for breathtaking vistas of marshlands and the Atlantic Ocean framed by the fiery reds and golds of the season.
After a day of crisp fall exploration, return to the peaceful oasis of The Breeze. Wander down to the dock, where you can relax in an Adirondack chair, watching the birds darting across the pond or listening to the calming sounds of nature. For an added touch of tranquility, take out the provided kayak or canoe to glide through the still waters and see the changing leaves from a whole new perspective.
As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. Roast marshmallows, enjoy gourmet s’mores, or simply savor the cool autumn air as the fire crackles nearby. When it’s time to unwind, rinse off the day in the warm outdoor shower, complete with spa-quality amenities. Then, retreat to your plush queen-sized bed, draped in luxurious, soft linens, with a gel-cooled mattress topper for the perfect night’s sleep.
The Breeze is a private cottage, connected to the main house only by a breezeway that doubles as the outdoor shower area. We live in the main house but ensure your privacy throughout your stay. The only shared space is the dock, and most of the time, you'll have it all to yourself.

For Airbnb: A quick note on who you are paying for what, because lately everyone asks some version of who am I paying for what and to who. We set two things. One. The nightly rate for the home itself which we keep as fair as possible for this area. Two. The cleaning fee matches what our professional cleaning company charges to clean and reset a home this size. Those are the only amounts we control. Airbnb collects its own platform service fee for using the Airbnb site and support. Airbnb may include that platform fee in the total price you see here instead of showing it as a separate line which can make it look like it is part of what we charge. It is not. That amount goes to Airbnb. You will also see taxes as a separate line. Those taxes are required by state and local rules for this area. We do not set the tax rates, and we do not keep those funds. Airbnb calls this “fee transparency”.

The back of the cottage is "attached" to the side of main house by a breezeway that houses the cottage's private outdoor shower. The cottage itself is separate and faces away from the house with its own private driveway and parking. The cottage and its driveway are off to the right of the main house. Please read check in details carefully.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
