Perfect spot for our family of 5! Incredibly clean and exactly what we were looking for. Loved that it felt private and had a yard to play in. Also loved being able to walk to the beach. The owners were attentive and kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation in Eastham. The location is beautiful! Lots to do and beautiful beaches. We had lots of privacy. The cottage was clean and perfect for our family. The hosts were wonderful! They were very helpful with suggestions about what to see and do and they made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.We would definitely rent there again!

Bay-side excellence on the Cape

Stayed for a week and it was amazing. The house itself was comfortable and the outdoor space was an extra bonus. Check in was easy and the welcome guide was clear. Ed even stopped by to make sure we were in good shape.

Wonderful stay in early October

We can’t say enough about this wonderful cottage in Eastham! It is one of the cleanest, superbly-maintained properties we’ve rented - a compliment to owners Ed and Val! The location is great, just a few minutes drive from either the quiet of Cape Cod Bay and it’s awesome sunsets, or the dramatic National Seashore on the Atlantic. It’s was an easy drive to some of our favorite towns, too, like Provincetown and Chatham. Do yourself a favor: Rent this property!

Could not ask for anything more!

This compact cottage is everything it advertises and then some. Four adults and a child found it cozy and comfortable. The owner lives close by and it is well maintained. We ran out of propane for the fire pit and it was replaced within an hour. The fire pit was our gathering place each evening. The deck is spacious and adds a large space to the living area. A very nice beach is .5 miles away. The wooded setting creates privacy and it is quiet. We would stay here again without hesitation.

cozy cottage in great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is very comfortable and the location is fantastic. We found things to do including hiking, beach and restaurants, all within 5-10 minute drive from the cottage. The furthest we went was to PTown about 30 minutes away. There's a nice local beach within a 15 minute walk on quiet roads also.

Excellent cottage

Excellent location for accessing all that the outer Cape has to offer. And when simply relaxing at the cottage and not visiting Cape attractions, there were many amenities (e.g. hot outdoor shower, fire pit, secure storage shed for bicycles, large deck with picnic table, etc., etc.) Host was very accessible for questions and requests, both prior to the rental week and also during the week, but without compromising privacy.

Great little getaway

Close to beach…easy walking distance! The house was quite comfortable, and my husband loves an outdoor shower. The fire pit was a great extra spot to socialize! I quite enjoyed our stay.

Very satisfactory

It served us very well as a place for extra people to stay - and to relax by themselves. Also made it possible to watch Wimbledon Men’s Tennis Finals! And ‘futbol’

Wonderful place

This home is charming. Had everything we needed. Easy half mile walk to the beach. Lovely outdoor seating area and a new deck. Indoor furniture is comfortable and well kept. Queen bed is very comfortable. Has air conditioning, plenty of windows, and fans in both bedrooms and the living room. Ed and Val are wonderful. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this for a lovely place to vacation.

Perfect

This was the perfect cottage for me. It was immaculate, understated, simple with everything I needed. In the past I had stayed in Welfleet but this is actually a better location for the place I most visit: Marconi and Coast Guard Beaches, Audubon (super close), along with being between the Welfleet/Truro/PTown area, and Orleans. Ed was very welcoming, a great guy, and helpful in every way. I will be back.
