This cozy coastal house is tucked away on a quiet point and offers great views of Seneca Lake. Watch the sunrise on one of two covered decks in the morning or the reflection of the moon to top off the day! No need to pack a bag to get to the water, as the house has its own lakefront! You can even enjoy a train (or two) go by every so often! Always something fun for the kids to see! The house is set away from the tracks so the watching can be done safely! Great spot to "unplug" from everyday events going on.

Excellent stay

Overall this property was awesome. Great location. Newer up to date house. Very clean. The host was excellent to communicate with and made check in so easy. Only complaint was the beds were very firm, But I feel that could be preference. So overall great stay

Wine Country Resort

My family and I try to take a trip to finger lakes to celebrate my dad’s birthday. In the past we have stayed in hotels but this year we decided on a house. Emily was a joy to work with and has a great house. Very much recommended stay

Beautiful home

This property was perfect for what we wanted! Gorgeous views and very clean interior. We had a small birthday party here and everyone thought it was just gorgeous. My kids did not want to leave!

Peaceful

Perfect weekend getaway with my mom and sister. We could have sat on the porch forever and stared out at the lake. The house was exactly what we needed and accommodated all our needs. Highly recommend!

Another great vacation at Angus Point!

The cottage is nice and roomy, everything you need to cook meals (if you want!). Easy to connect with the owner, Emily. We recommend the Corning Glass Museum, the Glenn H. Curtis Museum and hiking at Taughannock Falls State Park, plus all the wonderful wineries. Especially enjoyed the sunrises at the cottage.

Couples weekend away

We came here with another couple to enjoy a weekend away. We enjoyed spending time on Kueka lake visiting wineries. Our favorites were Weis, Domaine Le Suerre, and Living Roots. We had dinner at Union Block in Penn Yan. Everything was delicious! We also enjoyed Seneca Lake the next day. We had dinner at Scale House. Delicious pizza! The house was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. We had breakfast at the house every morning. The back of the house is right on the lake with beautiful views. It would be lovely to stay in the summer when we could enjoy the decks and outdoor space.

Great lake house

We had a fabulous time staying at this vrbo. It’s centrally located to all the wineries, and it’s very spacious! Lots of patio space which was ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view of the beautiful Seneca lake! All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay that’s directly on the lake!

Perfect Get Away

The four of us very much enjoyed staying here and are already talking about going back! Great location. Loved the sunrises. Lots of room for relaxing, plus the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the hiking, wineries and breweries. Also enjoyed going to Montezuma Wildlife Refuge. Fox Run winery was a favorite.

Excellent way to celebrate our Vow Renewal

We really enjoyed our stay on Seneca Lake! We had plenty of room for our friends to join us to celebrate our vow renewal. The Kitchen had what we needed to cook a variety of meals in the house. We enjoyed the sunrises while sitting on the dock or under the covered balcony. It was also great eating on the balcony. Emily was easy to get ahold of and to communicate with! The house is close to many wineries...We like Billsboro and Fox Run the best!

Just what we needed

It was centrally located to go to Geneva for breakfast/lunch/dinner, Waterloo to the outlets and around the lake to the wineries, breweries and distillery’s. The host was easily accessible, quickly replied to our questions & check in was a breeze! Thank you, we’re so happy to have made fond memories here, and hopefully again in the future!

Visit to the finger lakes

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this property. A fantastic location, such a beautiful spot on the lake for a family getaway (3 adults, 2 kids 8/10). It was quiet and felt private. Coffee on the deck in the morning was a fabulous way to start each day. The water was warm and clear. Water shoes are highly recommended as the lake bottom has rocks/ vegetation. We rented a boat for a day from Roy’s down the road right so we could explore the lake. We took several road trips to Watkins Glen, the Corning Museum of Glass, and Niagara Falls. The house was a perfect central location and had everything we needed to prepare meals, spread out and the kids loved the bunk beds. It was overall a fantastic week.

Great Family Vacation!

Our family vacation was wonderful! It was just what we needed a nice, relaxing, fun time! The property was just as listed, and very clean. We had 7 adults and 5 kids and there was room for all of us. Being able to sit on either porch to have our morning coffee and look out into the lake was great! We rented kayaks from Reagan’s which was so nice- the kids loved it! The boys loved being able to just walk onto the dock and cast their fishing poles. The short drive to seneca lake state park to enjoy the splash pad was also a fun bonus! We would def recommend and rent this property again! Emily was so easy to get ahold of and answered all my messages promptly! Thank you so much for great week!

Wonderful

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful, relaxing time. This was our third trip to the Finger Lakes region - this house was at the perfect location for us. Fox Run is perhaps one of our favorite wineries so it was nice to be so close. Most days, I sat out on the dock and read a book before heading out to visit a winery in the afternoon while my husband went fishing in the mornings and evenings. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind within close proximity of the many things the Finger Lakes has to offer, this is a great choice.

Perfect Getaway!

Great spacious home! Perfect for couples getaway in the fall. We have been visiting the various Finger Lakes over the years and this house helped us have a great experience. The house is very comfortable and clean. Views are amazing and location is perfect! So close to many wineries and restaurants. We had everything we needed also if we wanted to stay in for the evening. Highly recommend it!

I grew up in Western, NY but currently live in the DC area.

I have been going to Seneca Lake for as long as I can remember. Some of my most fond memories from my childhood started here. Such memories include the discovery of my allergy to bees (not so fond) to learning water sports, fireworks on the lake, making friends with the neighbors kids, and having no worries on the water.

Angus Point has a lot of history for my family. In 1942, my great grandfather owned the whole point at one time. He eventually decided to sell pieces of it off but kept one piece. This one piece grew from a mobile home to an actual lake house and has never left the family. Along with this piece, I have extended family a stone’s throw away.

I am proud to have bought back another piece of land that was once in my family and excited for yours to create their own memories!
