Our condo was professionally designed by a San Francisco based Interior Designer. It has everything you need with all of the extra amenities: teak furniture, pillow-top bed, plush sofa, fully stocked kitchen, DVD player/stereo in the living room, VCR in the bedroom, large slate living room lanai for dining, and master bedroom lanai with water fountain.

The condo is perfectly located between the gorgeous waterfall pool with sand bottom Jacuzzi and new tennis courts. Fabulous Kamaole III Beach is across the street, and the white sands of Keawekapu Beach is moments away. Our Maui Kamaole Resort borders Wailea with its world class golf and shopping. Kihei offers great restaurants, beaches, and sunsets. You'll find everything you need for the perfect holiday in our fresh, new Maui Kamaole unit.

Tax I.D.TA-079-082-4960-01, GE-079-082-4960-01 We are a small group of friends and family who have traveled the World. We lead busy lives in northern California and needed a place to get away and relax. When we started looking for a place close enough to Home to be practical , comfortable and beautiful but still exotic, we decided Maui was' da kine ', as folks say here. We've been visiting Maui since the 1970's. It's busier and more organized now , and so are we, but still a great place. Fantastic snorkeling and diving, great beaches with warm water, a beautiful mountain to explore, and don't forget the whales! We come a few times a year to stay in our home away from home and relax and enjoy the great Aloha spirit of the place. I think we'll be coming here when we're 80, with any luck!

Great beaches and a quiet but accessible location make South Kihei a great choice. There is less rain than most parts of Maui and you don't have to be a pro to enjoy the watersports on this side of the island. Everything you need is here or close by. That makes for a relaxing holiday. Why drive when you don't have to? You can catch a charter boat at the Kihei boat ramp just down the hill for fishing, diving or snorkeling. There are great restaurants and great beaches within a 10 minutes walk. Wailea beaches, golf, shops and restaurants are also accessible by foot, car or hourly shuttle bus. Lahaina is about 40 minutes by car.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is well supplied with linens, TV and internet, beach toys and comfortable upscale furnishings. It's very quiet, yet just a few steps from parking or to our tennis courts, tropically landscaped pool, sand-bottomed spa and bbq's. You have a complete and easy to use kitchen and plenty of space to relax both inside and out on the 2 lanais.

We stayed in Maui Kamaole M103 in March 2016 for 16 days. The condo has a great location right around the corner from the pool on the main floor which was very convenient with kids. We also enjoyed being closer to our favorite beaches in Wailea. The condo is very well equipped with beach amenities and the kitchen also has everything you need for cooking, including a lot of spices. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, they helped with everything we needed before and during our stay. Security deposit was promptly refunded. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

1st Trip to Maui

I rented this condo for Mom & Ross, both in their 70's. Neither had been to Hawaii before! It was PERFECT for them. The first floor unit was very comfortable and close to the upper pool. Ross loved reading on the peaceful patio and venturing out, just a few steps away, to the beautiful Hot Tub. Mom enjoyed her early morning walks down to the boat ramp, beach, and shops not far from the complex. They both loved the weather so much they didn't even turned on the air conditioning, for fear of missing a tropical breeze. The unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable.
