Remodeled from the floor up. Everything is new. Completely furnished kitchen.

THE most unique property listed in Pahrump. PERFECT for large groups. Property can house 14 people easily when ALL 3 structures are rented. See the last paragraphs of this description, for details.

The "Big House" is located on 2.5 acres. This home is completely furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Floor up remodel is ready for you to enjoy. Aspen furniture and Jacuzzi tub furnish the Master Bedroom.

Separate, but on the same property is a nice duplex.
It includes a 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4), property #1233763.
And a Studio apartment (sleeps 2), property # 1240986). They both are also completely furnished and can be viewed on VRBO as well. This accommodates the large group of friends that want to stay together but still want an option of privacy at times. Or the party which doesn't need a Big House and wants to save a few $$.

This is a great place. Lots of options for larger parties. It was very clean and the owner has thought of all of the little details. It was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here before, and it is a great space. The owner is very communicative, it’s a great location, the price is right, and it’s quite comfortable. We often come to the area, and will likely stay here again.

Base Camp for Death Valley Jeep Trip

We were looking for a place to stay while exploring Death Valley in our Jeeps. I located this property and booked it for our base of operations. I was contacted by Steven who was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very helpful regarding the property. We stayed in the “Big House” which was great for our stay.

Host went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay and responded immediately to one minor problem on the 1st day. This was the most immaculate VRBO I have stayed in! Family vacation

For us this place was just like home. We had pretty much anything we might have needed for less than a hotel room. It made a great base camp for seeing regional sights when our Front Sight plans fell through. Steven was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay, too. If we get another opportunity to visit Front Sight this is the first place we would look to stay!

Great stay in Pahrump

We enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed playing with the slot machine. Grocery stores nearby...Not THAT far from Death Valley.. A great place, very relaxing. Lots of space to spread out. Great communication. We really enjoyed our stay! The internet is best in the living room; it really does not work in the primary bedroom.

Great experience!

Large home perfect for three adults since each had their own bedroom. Especially nice since master was located on one end of the house and the other two bedrooms were on the opposite end. Host gave very helpful, specific directions regarding the use of the home and all necessities were provided. Our second day there was a rain out in terms of outdoor activities, so having board games, a huge comfy sectional and large tv worked out perfectly!

Fully stocked with equipment for a nice stay. Even includes a wheeled cooler with handle to use. Home was very clean and well maintained. Didn't get a chance to use it but there was a nice wood deck with grill and table on the back side of the home. And the slot machine was fun to play with.

Pahrump VRBO

VRBO was everything expected from other reviews. Steve, the owner was super to work with. Linda, the house keeper, was a delight to visit with. VRBO was spacious, clean and well stocked with items not normally found in other places. It was warm, inviting and comfortable. Great stay. However, Steve, next time could you schedule better weather for us. lol Larry and Kay.

Best Place in Pahrump

The unit was ideal for our stay. Location is perfect, close enough to town to enjoy the businesses but just far enough out to get the "desert" experience. The cleanliness is outstanding and appliances in great shape. The owner takes time to provide coffee, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Overall I give it a 100 out of 100 rating. The pre-arrival and follow-up by the owner reflects his desire for a rewarding stay. I would definitely come back again.

Nice property and at good location

The online description matches the property. It was nice and clean for our stay. And the property owners are really nice. We had a few conversations and they were really welcoming. TBH, this property was a fallback option as we wanted to stay within death valley park. However, we ended up here as the park (staying) was closed due to Covid. That ended up being a blessing in disguise as it's almost equidistant from Death Valley and Red Rock Canyon. We also ended up visiting Valley of Fire and Las Vegas as well. Overall good stay!

Defintely A Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful stay at this house while visiting Death Valley National Park. The house has everything you could possibly need (and more!!). Beds were very comfortable and accommodated all 8 of us. The air mattresses came in handy for my 2 teenage girls who wanted more bed space. The layout of the house was very spacious and gave all of us plenty of room to roam around. We especially enjoyed the decor around the house. It gives off such a homey feel. The backyard was very spacious too! It's just too bad we were unable to fully utilize it since we were exploring Death Valley most of the days. The kids curiously enjoyed the slot machine while we were home, though after a while, everyone felt the need to just press the button just because it's there. Hahahaha! It does tend to be loud at times, especially if someone is trying to sleep. But, that's what ground rules are for. The kitchen was complete (including a rice cooker!) and had all that we needed ready to cook our meals. Grocery stores and shops are nearby. The owner, Steve, was very accessible and addressed whatever questions we had. Overall, we would definitely book this place again next year when we take our annual Death Valley trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Steve and Yvonne!

Home Base for Death Valley Exploring

Neat, clean, and well furnished. Could not have asked for more. After days hiking and exploring Death Valley and Ash Meadows it was nice to have a comfortable place to spend the evening. Pahrump is a nice full-amenity town as well. Host was very easy to deal with and very helpful.

Cozy Place to Crash

We really enjoyed our stay. For the price, the place included more than we thought and was such a cozy place to come home to after exploring Death Valley all day. Our 2 littlest curled up on the comfy couch for the night rather than use the air mattresses. So many little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. .

I attended my first Front Sight course in 2000. Since, I became a GOLD FIRST FAMILY MEMBER!

I work in the pipeline industry as an inspector over quality assurance. I travel nationwide at times.

Attending many courses at Front Sight and actually worked part time, as an Instructor.

I got very tired of staying at local hotels. I purchased this property in order to provide opportunities to fellow students for a stress free place to relax. A place that feels like a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

I wanted to provide a place to stay that would enhance the experience of fellow members and students at Front Sight. I furnished these properties for the Front Sight students that want a top end, fully furnished, comfortable place to stay. Away from the noise of the hotels.

This property will allow you to escape and relax after a long day at the range, track or trail. If you want to make meals, you will find everything is furnished in your kitchen. Want to sooth aching muscles, slip into the Garden tub (not a jacuzzI )for two. 60" Big screen TV to catch a game or fight.

My goal is that you will enjoy my home so much you will want to stay each time you return to Pahrump.
