The house was a great, very clean and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The short walk to the beach and easy access to the rail trail was a great balance between activities and rest.
Perfect location; walks to the Bay everyday!Nice open kitchen and living space. All five bedrooms had plenty of space. A lot of beach chairs for use as well as many other items. Big backyard with cozy fire pit. We won’t forget this vacation!!
Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were 7 adults and fitted in the property comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The property had everything we needed. The location was quiet with only a short walk to the ocean and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful time. The property was ideal for our family….the yard was great for the children and the house could accommodate all comfortably. We were close to the beach for walking and driving distance to the ocean beaches. Brewster is a lovely town and people were very friendly. Perfect vacation spot and the sunsets were spectacular!
Clean house with great spaces. Good beds and big closets. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. The washer and dryer and dishwasher were great. The basement was moldy but we barely needed to go down there other than for laundry.
We had so much fun staying here - everything was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. Short walk to the beach, centrally located to all our activities, lots of beds/space, and great communication throughout with the host. It wasn't so hot when we visited, but the AC in each bedroom was a huge perk. We will definitely be back!
The house was in a perfect location for us, our adult children and their partners. Easy walk to bayside beach and close to the rail trail and Nickerson State Park. Lots of room for the seven of us, stocked with everything we needed during the week. Host was responsive and lots of helpful info on things to do for those who aren’t familiar with the area.
The house was fine- felt odd to have to run out to get toilet paper. I feel that should be a basic in any house. All is was fine. I know fees are high for Cape Cod in the summer - this seemed a bit overpriced for the condition of the house.

I’m so sorry I am just seeing this now. I feel terrible that you didn’t have toilet paper supplied to you upon arrival - that is something that absolutely should never happen. Sometimes after the summer season my cleaner’s staff changes and perhaps they weren’t instructed where the supplies are located. At any rate, please accept my apology for this inconvenience and we do hope you could return in the future!
Great location less than a 10 minute walk to the bay beach. We loved being so close to Cobies for an easy dinner option. The home offered plenty of space inside and out. The only downside was that the property could have cleaner - we arrived to used grinds in the coffee maker and trash in the upstairs bathroom. The floors of the home didn’t appear to have been cleaned in some time and the family room furniture was quite dated.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review, Nick. We’re so glad you loved the location - everyone does! And I want to apologize for the house not being cleaned to the standards we expect for our guests. This is helpful information for me to pass on to our cleaning company. It is my understanding that finding staffing was especially difficult this summer but everyone should arrive to a clean and comfortable home. We hope you can come back next summer (and you can expect there will be furniture upgrades too - it’s on my list :))
This house perfectly fit our needs! We have been traveling to the Cape for over 30 years. My sister and I now have children of our own, and this house accommodated our two families and parents (six adults, 3 young children) very well. We loved being able to walk to the beautiful Linnell Landing beach, and the quick access to the Rail Trail for runs. The house was clean and well-appointed, the beds were comfortable, and communication with the owner was prompt. We look forward to returning next summer and making more Cape memories with our kids here!

Nice but
Could use a deep cleaning. Had to find linens and towels in alcoves of closets. Many requests to clean in house books even though we paid cleaning fee. Aside from this house is well appointed in a great area. We had a great time

Thank you for your response and for appreciating our location and the great care we take to appoint our home. Linens were not supplied with your rental, which you acknowledged in the note you left. A simple call to either the owner or property manager would have cleared this up and a solution could have been reached. We take pride in our responsiveness to our guests. Since changing cleaning staffs at the beginning of the 2023 season, we have had nothing but glowing reviews on the cleanliness of the property, both on the site and in the book.
What a lovely find in a perfect location! The owner, Keira, couldn't have been more hospitable as this was a last minute request for a long weekend. She was extremely accommodating and all communication was very smooth and quick! The house is situated on a very quiet street about a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. While it was just my husband and myself, the house could easily accommodate 6 more people comfortably. With a large yard and a beautiful outdoor shower, this home would be perfect to hang out in over the summer months!
We had a great time at this home it was my wedding weekend and a handful of friends were able to stay together here for the long wedding weekend! The pictures were very spot on and the location was great. It had two big bathrooms and plenty of beds with an easy check in. Just needed a quick vacuum when we got there and the kitchen needed a little wipe down, but I’m also very particular with my cleanliness! Thank you so much for letting us stay here!
We have been going to Brewster for a few years now and this location was fantastic. The home is located perfectly between shopping and the beach. The 5 bedrooms were a plus and beds were very comfortable. We will be back!
Had a great time with family at this house. It matches the pictures, and is in a good location very close to the rail trail and a walking trail to the beach. Would come back again!
Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and town. Walking distance to a quiet beach. My family was very pleased with this property, it was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Definitely recommend this property.

Great location, house has some issues
Location was absolutely perfect. The main issue we had was that the downstairs queen bedroom had a significant mold issue. The AC unit had mold inside it and was causing issues for the entire room. The bed side table had to be moved to the basement because it had mold on it (which was also extremely musty/dirty). The property owner was prompt in trying to find a solution. She had people come to install new AC units in the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Not the relaxing/clean space I was looking for. More rustic than the pictures show. Had to wash everything that was in the house (even if not used) when we got home because of the residual mold smell.

About the host
Hosted by Keira McKenna Holbrough
Our family has a long history with the bayside beaches in Brewster as our children are the third generation who have grown up with the wonder of the Brewster flats. For us, being on the Cape means family, freedom for our children to roam, and endless exploration. There is so much to do and see on the Cape but there is also beauty in doing nothing at all.
Why they chose this property
Our house is off a quiet beach road that ends at one of the most spectacular beaches in the world. The Cape Cod Bay offers dramatic tides that transform the beach from a wonderland of tidal pools to heavenly warm water with gentle lapping waves. It's truly the best of both worlds. And when it's oceanside action you crave, the Cape Cod National Seashore with scenic dunes and crashing waves is the next town over. And, being just across from Nickerson State Forest offers yet another dimension with the shady ponds and the fantastic bike path. For our family, there couldn't be a more ideal location.
What makes this property unique
Our house is well-equipped for groups of all types. The open concept central living area is the epicenter of the house which also includes a fantastically equipped kitchen (we love to cook). There are 5 bedrooms which offer a quiet retreat. Our very private backyard abuts conservation land and offers an outdoor shower, a gas grill and a mamouth picnic table to fit even the largest group.
