The Space:

G691 is a one bedroom loft condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House. Private deck with an ocean view. Main bedroom has a King bed and also has a TV. Loft area has two twins. There is not a sleeper sofa. Max occupancy is 4. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.





Just a few moments stroll to the beach.





This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Perfect getaway

Place was clean and had everything we needed for a quick two night stay! Checkin was very easy and super accommodating, even gave us firewood! Easy short walk to the beach, AMAZING views, and quick drive over to seaside and cannon beach.

Lovely weekend getaway

Was a lovely little retreat for me and a friend to experience the northern part of the Oregon coast. Accommodations were very comfortable and the view was gorgeous! Will definitely keep this in mind for future visits.

We were on a girls trip and enjoyed our stay here. It was roomy and had everything we needed. The check in process was easy. We loved the balcony and being able to sit out and look at the ocean. It is a quick walk to the ocean. Beautiful area, quiet. It was great and we would stay here again!

Wonderful ocean views. convenient to Seaside, Cannon Beach and the Oregon Cost. Wish I had brought my golf clubs. Fire on the beach was a highlight. property was very comfortable and check in was great.

Top floor unit with great views of the ocean and seaside in the distance. Unit was great. Had not been cleaned well upon arrival but staff did a great job of getting the unit cleaned and rest quickly

Very nice

Appropriately sized and view was terrific. A bit of a walk to the beach and key card to the pool area kept not working even after replaced. Stairs to the loft are steep. Very comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Check in folks were very nice.

Nice place and clean but just an average place. Plumbing is poor and drains really slow. Master bedroom mattress neeeds replacing.

We felt lucky to have such a great view on the 4th of July.

The view from the 4th floor was the highlight, we could see the ocean and South to Seaside knowing they have special a Fireworks show. The King bed was comfortable in the main bedroom and the loft beds were adequate for the teens. The kitchen was well appointed for our cooking needs, clean and up to date with tools and even a dishwasher! We received clean towels on the holiday our second day which was nice since four sharing one bath, it can be difficult to keep track of "your" towel. We did have trouble with technology aspects, no posting of wifi password and the remotes didn't work for the TV. We managed without these things just fine and even put together a 300 piece jigsaw puzzle! I hope to enjoy future visits here.

Good secluded location

This condo was located in a nice secluded coastal town with a great view of the beach. You could see and hear the ocean waves from the balcony. We felt this location was a much more relaxing than either the nearby Seaside or Cannon Beach.
