The Space:

Bright, inviting, and perfect for the entire family, Seaside Serenade boasts plenty of desirable amenities in a prime location just one block from the beach. Inside this warm and inviting, two-story home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a nearby dining table for six, and a comfortably furnished living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a wall-mounted, cable-equipped, flatscreen TV. Out back, let the kids or the dogs run and play in the enclosed yard while you fire up the gas grill and then dine together al fresco on the large, furnished deck.



What's nearby:

If you want to hit the beach, take a short stroll down to the end of Avenue U just a block away. Borrow the crab traps (find them in the garage) and try your hand at crabbing off the 12th Avenue Bridge that crosses the Necanicum River, just a couple miles north. When it's time to dine out, check out the Seaside Golf Club, Restaurant, & Sports Bar for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, just a quarter-mile from your door, pick up some pastries and terrific coffee from Osprey Café, or sample the many popular restaurants found up and down Highway 101.

Great location - close to the beach and walking distance to the Promenade. Quick drive to Cannon Beach and Hug Point. Overall the house was more dated than it appeared in the photos. Nearly everything was functional though (a few blinds wouldn’t close).

Super clean!!! Kitchen appeared well supplied. Manager responded to ceiling leak. Any beach house should be supplied with tissues/kleenex. Upstairs king bed mattress definitely needs replacing!! It would be nice if all the blinds worked. When trying to use the WiFi we kept getting a message: WiFi not connected to internet- unfortunately on the last night we discovered that the WiFi cord was not connected to the back of the router.

The location couldn’t be beat! This is a nice home, very spacious with everything we needed! Well stocked and clean, nice big deck to hang out as well as the cozy front porch area. The only issue we had was the downstairs shower not draining well, most likely an easy fix.

Great location for a big group in Seaside!

The layout of the home was perfect, plenty of towels and beds. Kitchen was well equipped with all things needed for cooking and serving. Backyard was a full deck with plenty of seating. Short walk to the prom and the beach. Perfect for our dog too!
