The spacious kitchen allows for great family meals with its granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. The townhome also offers front loader washer and dryer, TV's in living room and bedrooms. The gorgeous Water Park Villas are minutes to our beautiful Gulf of Mexico, walking distance to the local shops and eateries. If that wasn't inviting enough, relax and unwind by the refreshing swimming pool with tanning ledges and sitting benches. Perfect place for a quick getaway

We loved this condo, it had everything we needed And was close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was perfect for a cool down after dinner and the complex was really quiet.

Nice and quaint

This place was exactly what we needed for our vacation. Very clean and well equipped for all of our needs, we thought about staying one more night! We will definitely reserve this place again!

Great accommodations!

The property was centrally located, spacious, updated and CLEAN! We had the pool to ourselves for most of our stay, the beds were extremely comfortable, and TVs in every room. The beach was a few minutes away and we enjoyed the Texas State Aquarium and Hurricane Alley waterpark (less than a 30 minute drive). We enjoyed our stay and hope to bring friends on our next trip!

Best condo my family ever rented.

I’ve been visiting the Texas beach my whole life. We have never stayed at the same condo more than once.. this one was , by far, the best I have ever rented. Every thing was top notch. We will stay again.

Perfect Getaway and Near Everything

Loved the property as the neighborhood was clean, safe and close to the beach. Tons of nearby options for food. The property was extremely clean and we felt very safe during the current crisis. Very spacious and more than perfect compared to what we expected. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the area

Wonderful place to stay

Super clean, easily assessable. Nice pool. Internet worked well. A washer and dryer was also very nice to have. Beds were plenty comfortable, plenty of seating in living room. 3 bathrooms. Literally across the street from Schlitterbaun, I took my kids to ride bikes in parking lot at night time. Very close to the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. Of all the places we’ve stayed in corpus, this was nicest and cheapest.

Great space for our family

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Having 3 full bathrooms made it easy on everyone. My mother-in-law thought the king bed was on the hard side, but not unbearable. The kids loved the trundle bed and slept comfortably. They were also thrilled that there was a tv in their room. It was cold, so we didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked lovely. We only used the kitchen for one meal, but had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy it there. The location is great and everything was as described in the listing.

Nice house not far from the beach

The house is very nice and in close proximity to restaurants and the beach. Neighboring units were quiet with the exception of our final night. Communication could have been better, but we managed. Given the close proximity to the beaches I'd highly recommended that beach accessories be made available. We were aware there wouldn't be any, but i think it could only help draw in more renters. The living room furniture isn't exactly what was pictured, but it was still nice and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space.

Great stay! Weather? Not so good...

We didn't stay in the place long due to we were there to see the sights, museums and beach, even thought the weather was a downer. Cold front came in the night we arrived and warmed up the day we left. We still had a blast with so much around to do. Communication with Raquel was fantastic! Quick to respond and very informative. Access was easy to accomplish on first shot like unlocking your phone. Showed up and was impressed by the simple and clean layout. Roomy for 4 to 5 people (2-adults & 2 or 3 kids) or (4-adults). Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and worked well. Not too many towels or rags, so bring some like it states in the description. Description should say coffee uses pods only, but I saw it in the photo and brought some, all good. Tv's al rooms but we only used the living room with black leather type furniture to seat 5-people comfortable. Location is close to everything right off the main road going up to Port A and other direction of Mustang Island. So it's not off the beaten path. You're in the middle of it all. Only Con: Bring your own ice, the ice maker ice was terrible and old. I cleaned it all out, including washing the container, but still tasted bad. Maybe the filter needs changing or the icemaker has water filtered through the ocean coming through it. I had to throw the whole cup of soda out because of that taste. Still gives me the queasy blah feeling thinking of it. But Hey! I would definitely come back and choose this hang out any day of the year for it's cleanliness and ease of access to all that Corpus has to offer...and of course, bring my bag of ice. Ha! Hope this helps anyone looking for a fun filled staycation. Thanks again Raquel!!!...for your guidance through it all and making it easy.

Nice townhouse. Pictures inaccurate.

We had a nice stay at this townhouse. Positives: great kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, clean (with exception noted below). Negatives: the downstairs bathroom was dirty (like, had someone's poop all over it). We assume it got overlooked when the townhouse was last cleaned, as the rest of the place was clean. Also the living room furniture is not what is pictured in the listing photos. Listing showed reclining chairs and sofa with seating for six. Unit actually had one couch and two armchairs, none reclining, with seating for five. They were comfortable, but we had hoped for the recliners. All in all had a good stay.

Great property

We live on the island and rented this property as overflow for family visiting. Everything was clean and as described in the listing, the pool was a great amenity. There was a slight hiccup with our check-in but the property manager was very responsive and resolved the issue in a timely manner. We would definitely use this property again for family in the future if available!

Great girls trip!

Everything was great at this condo and the location to Whitecap beach is awesome. Island Joe’s coffee so close and so good!! One thing to change in description- it says it’s across the street from water park but that park is closed. Will definitely stay here again.

Vacation at the beach!!

The place is clean and nicely done. It’s close to several beaches and has a nice little pool. Only complaint was the cookware provided is very very bad. We prefer to cook when on vacation and the pots and pans are scratched and loosing the nonstick surface, which means it gets into your food when you cook. Other than that it’s a great place.

Much needed vacation

This place is amazing! The host Raquel was so helpful, even after our checkout. This place is worth every penny. My kids loved the board games and having the extra space in the 3rd bedroom. The biggest plus was having 3 full bathrooms. This made the return from the beach simple, my kids did not have to fight over the shower. My husband loved having parking directly in front of the townhouse. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Mother's Day Getaway

This townhome is perfect for a family getaway. The location is perfect and close to everything needed. The location was very clean and provided all the essentials needed to keep our weekend going. I will say however, the pictures provided of the property do not do this location justice, it is a beautiful stylish modern property with perfect lighting. Highly recommend to families.
