This spacious, family-sized, two story, two car garage townhome with WiFi is 1650 sq. ft. and is located in North Padre Island. The complex is a small property with limited parking. All units have one assigned permitted parking. Please, no trailers or boats are permitted on the property.

There is plenty to do on the island like fishing, going to the beach and shopping. The Texas State Aquarium and the Lexington are a short drive away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set thermostat to 78 before leaving
Please return parking permit and garage door opener to kitchen counter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest making/paying for reservation must occupy home at all times during the stay.
Two Cars per unit. One assigned, numbered parking space per unit. Permit required and provided by owner at no charge. Violators will be towed.
No trailers of any kind. Pool closes at 10pm, no lifeguard. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean. Enough towels and stocked with items we needed, plates, silverware, pots and pans. We would definitely consider staying there again. Our only concern was the limited parking. Convenient to plenty of stores and places to eat.

Lovely stay near the beach

Everything was fantastic. The house was super clean and comfortable. The townhome community was quiet with a clean pool, and very conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. This was a perfect stay for a group of friends or family. The host was very communicative and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location

The place was so big and nice. Much bigger and brighter than the photos. Great kitchen for cooking, and ooen living space for family time. It was a great location, within a mile or two of 3 different awesome beaches. We had such a nice time!

Great Labor Day Vacation

Beautiful well stocked condo with enough room to hold the entire family. Owner was extremely helpful with the booking and checking in process. Pool was close enough to the front door I could watch the kids from the front porch. The beach being so close was perfect! Definitely coming back!

Great Christmas vacation

My family and I had a great time. We have decided to make the beach our new Christmas vacation tradition. We rely enjoyed the spacious accommodation. We also enjoyed family time with the games that were provided. Being 5 min from the beach was a added bonus! Would highly recommend.

Good Place to Stay

This place was everything it said it was. Enough room for every one, clean, and very roomy so all can do what they want without bothering others. Carlos was quick to answer any questions about the house to what to see and do. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Corpus Christy.

Thank you to the Garcia family for allowing us to stay in their amazing townhouse. Very nicely decorated and so close to everything. Great for multi family with the split floor plan. Life is a beach!!

Great condo!! Everything you need for a stay at the beach. Parking was in short supply if you bring more than 1 vehicle,and the road construction right in front of the entrance was definitely a challenge during the busy hours. 10/10 would absolutely book again!!!

We’re a small complex with limited guests parking especially big trucks. We were told that construction should be finished by next spring. The beach is still nice and is less than a mile away. Come down and enjoy!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

I had the perfect weekend at this beach house! The location is great because it is only two minutes from the beach. The house was very comfortable and roomy. It was really convenient that the house had a kitchen and a garage. We were able to cook great meals and did not have to worry about parking. I would definitely recommend this house to all of my friends and family! I had a great weekend there!

Great week away!

We had a great week at the beach with my sister-in-law and her daughter. 7 of us in all and plenty of room for everyone. Played on the beach, had great swimming pool time and then played board/card games at night. We cooked some meals and ate out at others. Not a bad second was had. 2 car garage was a great plus and the master bed was super comfortable! Thanks for sharing your place!

A perfect condo for our winter fun

We spent Jan. - Mar. 2018 at this lovely condo. 3 bedrooms, 21/2 baths, and a huge loft and 2 car garage. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. The condo immaculate. The owner has a fabulous cleaning person so this condo is spotless. Everything there is the highest quality. It was a grand winter being so close to the beach, great restaurants, and Corpus Christi nearby. After 12 years of renting, this condo is the best!

Why they chose this property

This property is located between HWY 361 and Whitecap Beach. There are restaurants and shops nearby. The location is ideal to enjoy all that the island has to offer like the beach, fishing and enjoying great seafood!

What makes this property unique

Village on the Green complex is only 17 units with a private swimming pool. Our unit is on a corner so it tends to be quiet with only one neighbor. The beach is less than one mile from the townhouse.
