Beautiful gated community located in the Village Racquet club and less than 1/2 mile from Downtown Palm Springs restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Resort style accomodations. Minimum 30 day stay. Bright south facing multi-level (2 half flights of stairs) condo with views of pool and beautiful Palm Springs mountains. Clean and bright. Sleeps 2 with one queen bedroom and a sofa queen sleeper in living room. All amenities available. 100s of golf courses within 20 miles. Community pickleball and tennis courts, gym, pools and spas available. Attached one car garage, and plenty of additional parking.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time in Liz's home. It's in a great location and was well stocked with all the basics. Check in and out was seamless. We had a couple minor issues which arose but Liz was always very responsive and immediately remedied things. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Desert Oasis

Condo was lovely. Very clean and well stocked. Easy location to drive or walk for meals, coffee and shopping. Beautiful mountain views. Liz v quick to resound to any issyes that came up.

We were so pleased with our stay! Such a convenient location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The condo was the perfect size, plenty of room to spend time together but also have some space of your own when you need it! The kitchen has everything you need, the neighbors were very kind, and the hot tub is very well maintained! Liz is great! She’s very nice, responsive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the first day.

Downtown on Multiple Levels

Somehow we missed what the word “multiple levels” meant in the Owner's write-up about this unit. We were so pleased finding a place close to downtown and south facing. Lovely pool and view from the living room. If you, like me, have had knee and hip replacements, this rental will be very uncomfortable. VRBO and the Owner should have explained the layout of the unit in more detail. Each of the 4 rooms in this unit are located on it's own floor, 7 steps or half a floor separating each floor. From the main bedroom, top floor, it is 21 steps down to the kitchen on the bottom floor which is also the exit to the pool and spa area. Needless to say, there were days when we wished for a one level place to relax in.

Village Racquet Club

Overall the rental was good. We really enjoyed having the bikes to use nearly every day. Kitchen is well equipped and bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was fair when we arrived. Lots of stairs between the 4 levels which got old after a while, and we were very disappointed to find large bugs in the bathrooms and kitchen on several days.

Beautiful views!

Well equipped unit within walking distance of shopping, dining, hiking and a short drive to the airport, golfing and more. Liz was quick to respond to any questions, we had a wonderful stay!

Convenient and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our first winter in Palm Springs. The condo is very well located, with most amenities only walking distance away. The condo is very well equipped throughout, with all items in very good, clean condition. Liz, the owner, is extremely accessible and readily rectifies any issues or answers any questions. Condo is very soundproof which is most helpful if there are guests. Highly recommended.
