Get away to the Mountains in this Cozy Chalet. Clean and Quiet

Nestled at the back of Wolffork Valley with great views from the front porch. This second floor apartment can be yours to enjoy. Clayton and Dillard Georgia are just a few miles away. The Dillard House is 5 miles in one direction and Clayton is 8 miles in the other. Many area waterfalls, restaurants, and antique shops. This Chalet is on the edge of the Nantahala National Forest with no neighbors to the rear except occasional wildlife. This apartment has 2 full baths with washer and dryer. The bed is a king with lots of soft pillows. We strive hard to make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Please contact me with any questions at all. Please note: There are 24 steps to the top floor.

Cozy Mountain Stay

Enjoyed the beautiful views from the upstairs apartment. It was perfect for a couple with all the comforts of home, comfortable bed, full kitchen and two bathrooms. Very cozy and would recommend as also affordable.

Quiet Mountain Retreat

My husband and I love coming to this cottage. Our host makes our stay very comfortable. We have been coming for several years now The location is close to all of the shopping but you feel like you are in the countryside. Our favorite pastime is sitting on the porch listening to the birds and looking at the mountains. Great place to visit!

Have enjoyed wolffork valley for 60 years. Have explored most of the aera so mostly enjoy the view and walking around the valley or hiking black rock trails. The cabin is perfect for 2 people.

Great apartment for one or a couple. Fully equipped, everything worked, only water pressure was a little weaker than I'm used to, but still within workable limits. It's a second floor of an older home with unoccupied ground floor, so the privacy is total for now (I guess until they renovate it and lease it out). I enjoyed the stay. Great value for price.

Quiet, Peaceful Retreat

This is our second time my husband and I have visited this little cabin We love the view and how quiet it is. The host and his wife were wonderful. It is great location to Franklin and Clayton. The cabin is very spacious and very clean. Beautiful flowers from their garden waiting in the kitchen. The king bed sleeps great. The rental was extremely clean. The furniture was comfortable. The bed slept great. We were very satisfied with the rental. Great view of a valley as well as mountain range. Close enough to town for convenience, far enough away for the tranquility. The porch faced eastward but the mountains kept the sun blocked long enough to enjoy morning coffee. The evenings were perfect as we watched the fireflies light up. We were able to catch up on DVD movies we had been wanting to watch. A Redbox was located just a short drive away. The owners were very friendly and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They had fresh cut flowers in the room, as well as fresh apples and chocolate upon our arrival. We have plans on renting this again, quite possibly this fall.

Wolffork valley is a hidden & secret gem.

We enjoyed our stay of two weeks. The chalet is clean and efficient. Everything need is provided leaving all your spare time for enjoying this beautiful unspoiled country Eden. We enjoy the fresh flowers from the garden on each visit and the chocolate on the pillow was totally enjoyed. The view and the scenery is unrivaled country charm, peaceful and serene.

Gorgeous scenery

This was our second stay at the chalet. Everything was nice and clean. I loved the extra touches like the fresh flowers, candy on the pillows popcorn, etc. There are so many things to do in the area and the chalet is conveniently located to them. An added bonus is the drive up there is beautiful!
