We are empty nesters. Terri loves walking to the farmers market, shopping in the antique stores, and of course bourbon! Jeff loves all of the music venues within walking distance. We also enjoy walking the "East Row" and enjoying the 19th century architecture of the beautiful homes.

Our Innkeepers, Terri Smith and Jeff Zemanek had a vision to create a small boutique hotel allowing guest to experience the best of Historic Newport. This 300 sqft Studio has a kitchenette, new Serta Queen IComfort bed and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Located just a few blocks from the Ohio River, we are located right in the heart of the historic district in a beautiful turn of the century building. If you would also like to experience the big city, a walk or carriage ride to downtown Cincinnati creates a whole new dimension. The end result is a luxurious stay, which combines the best of both worlds.... and free parking!!!

What makes this studio unique

We offer free private parking and shopping discounts at Urban Chick Boutique, located in the same building. We also have bikes that you are welcome to use. It's a beautiful walking neighborhood with many things to do and enjoy. if you love beautiful homes and buildings built in the 1850's to 1920, this is the place to take in the architecture from this wonderful era.

Very clean and great location.

My husband and I stayed here for a concert on St. Patrick's day weekend. We had a wonderful time and loved the room we stayed in. It was just the right size and within walking distance to Newport on the Levee. I would definitely stay here again and would also recommended this place to others. :)

Beautiful room with plenty of amenities. We enjoyed the huge bathroom and shower, too. It was within walking distance of lots of restaurants and live music spots too. Thank you to Jeff for the reccomendations for their favorite restaurants within walking distance. The owners had a whole basket of snacks and refrigerator with drinks for us too. We highly reccomend staying here. The price was perfect too. So affordable. Very clean and up-to-date. We were able to book one night during Labor Day weekend which was impossible with the hotels near there. So thankful for that, too.

Loved Newport Inn #4!

Loved all the original features in #4. The kitchenette came in so handy; we ate breakfast and lunch in our room each day. There was an awesome antique store just down the street where I purchased some finishing touches for a bedroom redo. Spent Saturday evening at a couple restaurants and bars on Monmouth. Folks were out walking their dogs and talking to one another. Such a neighborhood feeling. We will stay at the Newport Inn our next trip to the Cincinnati area.

The Room was very nice, couldn't have asked for a better layout. Everything was well taken care of .

Jeff and Terri were great. They made me and my girlfriend feel very welcomed. If we had questions they had answers and told us to call for any other questions throughout the night. The area was nice didn't have to walk far for anything. I highly recommend them. Once again thank you so much I'll be back soon.

Such a cute place and amazing owners!

We loved our stay! There were snacks and drinks waiting for us and the building is full of character. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the location was great. My only suggestion for our room would be to add a comfy chair or loveseat.
