About this property

Furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage that is walking distance to Downtown Napa

Very special and charming home - the original Farmhouse in the area which has been lifted and situated above the detached garage. Nestled right off of Main Street Napa, just a quick walk into town to enjoy the world famous restaurants and shopping. 3 blocks to Main Street, 4 blocks to First Street (the new Archer Hotel and world class restaurants) and 1/2 a mile to Oxbow Market/Gott's Roadside & Model Bakery through the newly constructed park.

This home has a very open pristine feel. Large windows light up the living room and is equipped with a a Queen bed and Day Bed. Full size Kitchen with dining area. Hardwood floors throughout. In the winter month's enjoy the gas "wood burning" stove and cozy up with a book and Napa's finest wines. Common for the climate, this unit does not have air conditioning.

The Cottage sits behind the Single Family Home on the property with a dedicated entrance. Access to Washer and Dryer is available downstairs.

Note: Napa Valley rental laws requires short term rental contracts of 32 consequetive days of stay or longer; we will not accept reservations for a shorter length of time.

Great little cottage in the heart of downtown

Had a great stay in Napa! This little cottage was within walking distance to downtown. Plenty of space for 3 women, lived having a kitchen so we could cook breakfast and take our time before getting out to the wineries! Clean space, excellent parking.
