Perfectly new, a mile from the lake, this tri-level Kingswood Village townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of North Shore Lake Tahoe — also a quick mile from downtown Kings Beach, and less than a 10-minute drive to Northstar.
In the summertime, enjoy golf, hiking, biking, and tennis, plus the amazing sandy beaches of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Or hang out at the newly remodeled pool with sauna on property. In the winter, world-class downhill and cross-country skiing, plus snowmobiling are minutes away from your home-away-from-home condo. After a day on the slopes return to a warm, cozy fireplace. Relax a bit at home then walk or take a quick cab ride to the casinos at Crystal Bay. Plus there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to explore in nearby Tahoe City, Truckee and Incline Village. Or, if you prefer to stay in, a full and well-appointed gourmet kitchen is yours, complete with gas bbq on one of the two covered decks. It’s all the comforts of home, perfect for entertaining and relaxing.

The entry level includes two bedrooms. The first, a spacious room with a king bed and access to a covered deck. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The bathroom has double-vanity and tub/shower. A full-size washer and dryer are in the laundry closet.
The main level includes a cozy third bedroom complete with queen-sized bed. There’s also a living-room, dining area, bathroom with shower, and modern kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a bar area that opens up to the living room where you can watch cable and stream movies on the large flat-screen TV. The large fireplace warms the space and has a gas starter so making a fire is easy. A natural gas bbq on the second covered deck is just off the living room along with outdoor seating.
Upstairs, the loft overlooks the main living area and includes a second flat-screen TV with DVD player, and has a couch that pulls out to a bed for additional sleeping accommodations.
