Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (27 SQM) on the 12th floor.

We have 2 adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel.

Shore Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. It places residents within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, world-class casinos (City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Solaire), restaurants, shops, and transport links (MRT/LRT nearby).

Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.

My stay at Shore Tower B

I was well pleased with the room I had procured. It was clean and ready apparently well before I arrived. Only 2 minor issues occurred that were promptly resolved once reported. Noise from an adjacent neighbor & leaking Mini-split AC. Overall a very nice stay I do recommend to anyone!

The Condo was very clean and had all the furnishings that you would need. Trash bags and toilet paper, along with soap and shampoo was provided. We liked the security in the area. It was in walking distance to the Mall of Asia, and we liked the restaurants near the building. The only warning, I would provide is that since the condo is a private rental, you need to be aware that you must work through the agent for visitors list which include access to the pool. Working through the agent is very easy and quick. Since the front desk of the building is of really no help, I wanted to mention the warning. Working with Grace and Glen was easy, and communications was good. I hope this review helps.

I book this for my in-laws and they liked it. However, the six days that they were there, they became uncomfortable due to little baby cockroaches that they saw inside the unit. I told my in-laws to washed all of the utensils, cups, and plates or whatever they needed for cooking before using it. My in-laws loved the unit, but it just came short due to roaches. This is a health hazard and if the unit is infested, imagine the other units too. Also, I told my in-laws that the source of those roaches was probably not even from the unit itself, but rather from the other units. This I can’t justify, but it is possible. Overall, the unit was clean, but the roaches did not make my in-laws stays at ease. However, it was an easy check in and out. I will definitely not choose this Residence again in the near future.

I personally own multiple units of 1 bedroom with balconies at S, Shell, Shore 1 & 3 Residences in MOA, Fame 1, 3 & 4 Residences in Mandaluyong, Red Residences in Makati & units of 2 bedroom with balconies in Bloom Residences in Parañaque. I have more units currently being built at Gold & Mint Residences.

My goal is to make your stay like living in a 5-star hotel. The units are all fully furnished with kitchen appliances, utensils, pots & everything you need to have a comfortable & relaxing stay.

This is a great neighborhood and well maintained property. Take a look at the 5-star lobby. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are great. We took time to renovate the units so they will be very comfortable for you. I bought properties for rentals because I go back to the Philippines few times a year because of my businesses in Palawan and each time I stay in Manila, I feel like the higher end hotels are too expensive. Our units are very affordable but you will have a feeling of being in 5-star hotel because of the quality of the room and everything that goes with it, the building itself, the staff and the location.
