Forget your worries in this spacious 3BR, 2 bath, 2 balcony condo with FREE Parking. With resort like amenities for the whole family and friends. Pool and Gym available for a fee. Perfect for staycation located inside Luxurious Acacia estate within 4-5 km to BGC, Venice mall, SM Aura:Market-Market: And short ride going to Ninoy Internationa Airport. Close to the best and modern Medical Center such as St. Luke, Makati Med. and Asian

Located in safe and exclusive neighborhood of Acacia Estate in Taguig. With Gym and pool that comes with a fee. Pool open for guest use on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for 200 pesos per head.
Our space features:
- Living room with couch, and 55" flat screen smart
TV; 3 ACs
- Living room, masters bedroom have each own AC, but the 2 small rooms shares 1 AC
- Dining room that sits 6;
- Kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and water dispenser . Cooking and basic dining utensils are available for guests use; 3 Bedrooms: Masters BR with en-suite bathroom with 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bunkbed, and 3rd room with sofa bed.
- En suite bathroom with 1 toilet with bidet and sink and with hot shower.
- 2nd bathroom- with 1 toilet&sink w/ bidet with hot shower
- Complimentary toiletries
4 bath towels (free}. Please note that we only provide 4 free towels regardless on the number of guest. Please also manage your expectations since this is not a hotel, but we always ensure the cleanliness of our unit before check in and after checkout of the guest.
