Welcome to our retreat in Apopka.
Big open green spaces outside and bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and abundant windows on the inside makes for a relaxing and serene environment. Sip your morning coffee watching the Sandhill cranes in the open pasture that's an extension of the spacious backyard.
Our charming home was thoughtfully furnished to balance comfort with cleanliness and tidiness. It is clutter-free, but has all of the conveniences for a stress-free stay.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Picturesque and expansive with its rolling hills and lush landscaping, Errol Estates is a pleasure to explore driving, biking or walking. A great “getaway” environment just outside Orlando, but with easy access to all of Orlando's and Central Florida’s many attractions. Located approximately 30 mins to Sea/Disney World, 20 mins to charming Mr. Dora as well as historic Winter Park, and 10-15 mins to Wekiva/Kelly Park. Short drives to multiple supermarkets and dining options.

LAYOUT:
3 bedrooms (one king with TV), one queen, one with 2 twin XLs), ample closet spaces, 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite), living room with TV, office area with additional sitting area, formal dining and breakfast areas, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a screened-in as well as an outdoor porch. Outside, the surrounding green pasture is a stunning visual extension of the private yard; providing excellent privacy and making for that retreat-like experience.

AT-HOME ENTERTAINMENT:
Fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs to use your own streaming accounts. NO CABLE provided.

CAUTION:
The property has not been child-proofed in any way, so there may be hazards present for children. If you are staying with children, please plan on employing your own child-safety measures and practices. No modifications are allowed to the property or any of its furnishings or equipment.

SUPPLIES:
* Toilet paper and liquid hand soap are supplied. Extra is stored under the respective bathroom sinks.
* Towels are in the linen closet.
* Hair dryer and hair straighter are in the linen closet.
* Each bedroom has extra linens stored in the respective closets.
* Laundry detergents are supplied and are in the cabinet above the washer.
* An iron is in the cabinet above the dryer.
* Cleaning and dishwashing supplies are under the kitchen sink.
* Vacuum, mop, broom, and bucket are in the laundry room.

HOUSE RULES:
* Enjoy our humble home!
* NO PETS allowed by guests, please.
* Kindly do not smoke (including electronic cigarettes) inside the property.
* We ask that you take off outdoor footwear by the front door.
* If you have any allergies kindly discuss before finalizing your booking.
* Please be discreet and do not disturb our neighbors with excessive noises or activities.
* Keep screens in place, when opening any window or door, to prevent outdoor critters from coming in. It's Florida, after all!
* Of course, we have the expectation that guests will not leave doors or windows open when the AC or heat is on.
* Utilities are expensive and, in order to keep our prices affordable, we ask that you conserve electricity and water.
* All supplies are for use in/on the property while a guest. DO NOT remove any left over from the property (including any unused toilet paper), except for personal hygiene/health items that might be provided.
* GARBAGE: Kindly remove garbage from the premise on a nightly basis and prior to checking out. Bins are in the driveway - black for regular household and grey for recycle.
* Lock all doors when leaving the premise.
* Take good care of all furnishings, appliances, and fittings to avoid excessive wear.
