Thanks for the review . I am glad you had a great time . The Patio furniture is actually new and metal so it should not wear out due to the sun. You had informed me that the umbrella was worn so that will be replaced even though it was only replaced 12 months ago. The umbrella tends to get left out and open which can dry out in the Sun so thanks for letting me know so I can replace the Umbrella.

Bruce Thanks for the nice review . It was a pleasue hosting you. Looked like the TV was simply changed to a different source which Im glad we were able to fix right away. All the beds have comfortable mattresses and the master is reversable for summer/winter , I'll send you a message and find out which one your guest thought was less comfortable, maybe its less firm or firmer than they are used to sleeping on. I will check to make sure it's nice and supportive. Look forward to seeing you again .

I appreciate your feedback and hope that your overall stay in Arizona was enjoyable. Your concerns regarding property maintenance are noted. As we had already discussed, the outdoor wood patio set is only 2 years old and very functional, but will soon be replaced with a metal set, which stands up better to the extreme temperatures in Arizona. Thank you for your feedback regarding this item. The Chiminea on the patio is ornamental only, and this will be indicated more clearly in the future. The extra items found in the garage are spare tile and paint for the house, to make it available for touch up or repairs, similar to what you may do at your own home. As well trained dogs are sometimes allowed on the property, a spare dog bed is also provided. The closet doors are installed from the top, as is appropriate for the type of flooring in the house, which would be damaged by installing bottom tracks. The satellite television provided includes a DVR, which allows for guests to record shows to watch later. Guests are allowed to modify and cancel recordings as they wish. There is no extra charge for television or DVR. Additionally, the property is cleaned and maintained in between tenants. My staff did not indicate that any items inside the house needed replacing or repair prior to your arrival. All bed linens are cleaned and sanitized between guests, as is done in hotels. I do understand that desired bed plushness varies from person to person and apologize if the mattress did not suit your preference but I can assure you that all three mattresses in every room are clean and very high quality brand names in which most people compliment . As I mentioned in our multiple and frequent correspondences, any issues brought to my attention would be addressed promptly, and any purchases you made for the house would be reimbursed if you submitted a receipt. It is not my intention as a host to have any guest maintain or make repairs to the property. You just have to ask, and I am always happy to do what I can to make your stay more comfortable. You had mentioned replacing a bulb while you were at Casa Vega that is a consumable item that could fail at anytime, I would have sent somebody out to replace the bulb if you had informed me prior to replacing. As this is a local home rental, I strive to provide my guests a cozy and personal experience for their stay, which you may not get from a hotel. I will keep your feedback in mind moving forward.
