Our home is the perfect spot to enjoy all the Green Valley has to offer-with great mountain views and close proximity to shops and restaurants you will love your stay with us. This home features a fully remodeled primary bath, new flooring throughout, fresh paint, and so much more. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet. Two large living areas give you plenty of space to relax. Please note this is 55+ active adult community, which does require one guest to be 55 or older.

Great space and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's house in Green Valley. Communication was great, check-in was easy, the house is spacious and very clean! We have family that lives in the same neighborhood so walking back and forth was so nice. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Great central location in the community and to all of Green Valley & Sahuarita

Enjoyed the spacious home with amazing mountain views of the Santa Rita’s. Home is well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils. Just bring your own spices for cooking. A lovely basket of goodies welcomes you to this home. The dining room and separate living room is spacious and affords mountain views as well. The salt water heated swimming pool is a less than 5 minute walk away from the home and is most relaxing. Manuel’s restaurant is a short 15-20 minute walk as well.

We were able to stay at your rental in Green Valley, Az in late May. Just want you to know the rental home was beyond comfortable and accommodating. It was sparking clean and furnished just right. The kitchen was also equipped well so we were not lacking in the ability to prepare our meals. We were even able to pick some lemons and oranges which we enjoyed eating. Thanks again for such a lovely retreat. You may see us back again. Have a good summer. Janice G and friends

My favorite room is the living and dining room where you can sit and enjoy the mountain views or outside on the patio to enjoy the great Arizona weather.
