Beautiful home, very comfortable, and well equipped. The beds and linens are wonderful and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of coffee and snacks, that was a happy surprise!

We rented the cottage for a family stay over a graduation weekend. It is a short drive to San Marcos (Texas State University). The place is perfect for a group who are comfortable in a shared space -- sharing bathrooms specifically. We were a group of adults and the bunk beds were great as most of us were not couples. The kitchen was very thoughtfully well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The porch and outside spaces wonderful hang outs. We were able to fit four cars in the driveway (if you try hard) plus there is plenty of paid parking on the street (ParkWhiz app). Overall, super location, very clean, lots of space, had a great time.

Girls' Weekend!!!! Awesome house. Perfect location.

The house was cute and very livable. Easy access to the Comal and a 10 minute drive to restaurants, shopping, spas. Definitely a place we would rent again.

Fantastic location.

We all had a fantastic stay. The house is so cute and had plenty of room and beds for everyone. Location is great and walking distance to downtown. Even had snacks for the guest as well as a shaded yard to relax and play yard games and even a BBQ pit.

New Braunfels house

This house was so charming and perfect for our family stay. Very close to Schlitterbahn and tubing the Comal. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Old New Braunfels home

We loved our stay in this well located home. The home was clean, well equipped and a complete joy. Minimal traffic on basically a dead end road, kids were able to ride bikes and scooters. Downtown was within easy walking distance as was Prince Solms and the tube chute.

Wonderful stay with family

The house is amazing. Fully stocked with extras. We were in the best location for the water parks and floating the river. We even walked down to the oldest bakery in Texas on our last morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Great week in New Braunfels

We had a great week in New Braunfels at the Tolle house. The house was just as pictured and has everything you need for your stay. The outdoor space is amazing. The beds were comfy and tubing was available across the street. We will be coming back!

Cutest house in an amazing location!

We loved our stay at the Tolle house! The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable and the ability to walk to downtown New Braunfels was the icing on the cake. Jeremy was very communicative and accommodating to our requests and he even left us some essential snacks and groceries to make our stay even better. We definitely want to come back and stay again!

Our go to in New Braunfels

This is the third time we've stayed at the Toll House in New Braunfels and will continue to stay there in the future. It is ideally located and a short walk to many restaurants and the put-in for tubing. The house is nicely setup and very comfortable. The property manager is exceptionally responsive and made sure that we were comfortable.

A great three bedroom cottage near the Comal River

This was our second month-long stay at 454 Tolle Street in New Braunfels and once again we had a most relaxing and enjoyable time. This three bedroom, two bath, cottage is very comfortable and on a quiet cul-de-sac in a pleasant neighborhood within easy walking distance of the Comal River and downtown. We love it so much, we have already booked another month for the fall.

A wonderful house

This was our fifth time to stay in Tolle House and it continues to be our Texas home away from home. It is well maintained and equipped and the management company is superb. The home is on a quiet cul de sac and close to the town square. We love it!

Great location and space

You can't beat the location if you're in town for enjoying the river or Schlitterbahn. It's also a short walk from several restaurants. This home has all the amenities you need and then some. One thing to keep in mind is this house only has one true shower in the shared bathroom and a tub in the master.
