Remarkable waterfront condo overlooking the gorgeous Comal River!

Rapids 104 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that accommodates up to 4 guests.
Master: 1 King
2nd Bedroom: 1 King

Fully furnished with linens, bath towels, cooking utensils, a washer/dryer, TVs, and more!
Regular drip coffee maker and coffee included. The unit has a Kureig machine, please bring your own k-cups.
This property has charcoal grills for your enjoyment as well as direct access to the Comal River.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Spud Ranch, Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

It had all we needed already with a fully stocked kitchen, 4 tubes (not inflated), BBQ area and river access. Note to newbies: plan your getting in place and getting out place based on how long you want to float. The management was helpful too. Enjoy the cool water, it’s refreshing in the heat for sure!

We really enjoyed our four-day weekend! The condo was spacious, comfy and well-stocked. And the location was perfect to enter the Comal and float for 1.5 to 2.5 hours to the last public exit. We even walked back to the condo (about 15 minutes)!

A Great Place on the Comal

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and well decorated apartment on a beautiful section of the Comal River. We especially appreciated that tubes were provided with the rental and that the river can be enjoyed on the property. Also, the elevator was very helpful for my 81 year old father to get to and from the 2nd floor apartment with ease. We plan to return for another visit.

We had a great stay!!! A nice condo to stay in for a long weekend. Also great the river is so close. All access to everything and instructions were left in the condo with no issues. We would stay at this condo again or another property in the future.

The management company was excellent. They kept us informed all through the process. They were extremely supportive and customer oriented. The property sets on the Comal River and a couple of blocks from Schlitterbahn. There are deer all over we even saw a baby fawn minutes after birth. The condo is roomy and had everything we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was very comfortable! The unit was clean, well kept, spacious, and inviting. It was great that the tubes were included for floating and that we had access to the river right there in the yard basically. I will say after a couple of long days floating we came back and did game nights and our family takes those seriously. The kitchen table slides very easily which is no big deal at all unless someone's game pieces go flying at the slightest movement then it's emotional upheaval lol. The communication with property management was easy and response always fast. The location is perfect for everything you could want to do. Our son works and jumps at Skydive Spaceland San Marcos so that was close and convenient too. Riverwalk San Antonio is not a terribly far drive and Gruene was like a Hallmark movie. The local minigolf places were great! We would absolutely stay here again!
