Le paradis vous attend avec cette magnifique maison de rĂȘve rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e de 3 chambres avec une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an en face du restaurant du World Famous Duke. Les caractĂ©ristiques magnifiques incluent un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert rempli de lumiĂšre, une grande terrasse de divertissement en plein air (avec foyer) et Malibu Beach Vibes!
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec 2 réfrigérateurs en acier inoxydable et une cuisiniÚre Bertazzoni.
Détendez-vous dans un bain japonais sensationnel aprÚs une journée amusante à la plage et faites-vous plaisir avec nos produits somptueux.
Le maĂźtre bdr a un lit queen et une douche Ă  effet pluie spacieuse avec des murs en verre au plafond. Chambre a Ă©galement un lit queen et la chambre d'enfants a 2 lits gigognes (4 couchages).
Le canapé-lit a également un lit queen. Ils ont tous de nouveaux matelas confortables et des draps et oreillers trÚs confortables.
La salle de bains a une baignoire japonaise avec une douche cascade. Notre maison de plage de rĂȘve est situĂ©e sur PCH et est Ă  2,5 km de la jetĂ©e de Malibu. Asseyez-vous sur notre terrasse divertissante (avec foyer et feux suspendus edison) et profitez du dĂ©filĂ© de voitures de luxe! Ou mieux encore siroter du champagne ou savourer votre cafĂ© du matin en regardant le dĂ©filĂ© des dauphins !!!!!! Bienvenue dans la BU!

Perfect space for old friends.

This property is perfect for groups looking for space to sit and catch up. The patio and living rooms were so comfortable to reconnect with old friends. The traffic from PCH is loud but the view and outdoor living space more than made up for it! The property manager was responsive and helpful.

Great House for a Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay! The house has everything you need and is in a great location. There is great hiking nearby, a nice park up the street, the beach, and close to the airport. We love that there were great places to eat just a few steps away -- Country Kitchen for the best breakfast burritos and Duke's. But we really just enjoyed hanging out in the deck. Thank you!! (We did read the reviews about the loud traffic, but it really wasn't too bad. )

Amazing patio with views of the Pacific

This was a fantastic property with beautiful decor and spectacular views of the Pacific ocean. The patio was enormous and had nice furniture with a inviting fire pit and plenty of heaters. Access to the property was easy and the location of property in the middle of Malibu was very convenient. Our only complaint was that there were some old dirty clothes and old groceries left in the property by the previous guests. Also, there were some very noisy dogs in the lower level of the same unit which could be bothersome. Overall, a beautiful property with beautiful views made for a wonderful stay in Malibu.

4th of july stay

We had a blast on our 4th of July stay. The only downside was how noisy it was from all the cars on the street but we kind of expected it going in because we had read the reviews. The view was beautiful. We even got to see some fireworks which we were not expecting. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. I especially loved the double refrigerator. We also use the barbecue grill which worked great. We were able to roast marshmallows on the fire pit and enjoy the patio at night with the heaters. Overall a very pleasant experience! Thank you so much Mary for letting us use your home. Great memories for our family!

Filthy with mice

Living room furniture was filthy with visible stains including large dog urine stains! Kitchen chairs which were fabric were also absolutely filthy dirty with stains. Never even sat at the table because they were so gross and dirty. Bed skirts on both beds were soiled with stains and dirt so bad we needed to remove them from our beds to use beds. House was shared by a downstairs neighbor which was not told during booking. Their barking dogs woke us up every morning. Outside patio area had mice running around everywhere which made our stay extremely uncomfortable and upsetting trying to sit outside to eat and have mice crawling around. Absolutely miserable. Not very relaxing to say the least. My husband to drive 40 mins to a Home Depot to get mice poisoning which was on our expense. We are devastated at the amount of money we lost on this stay what we thought was going to be a wonderful family time. Caused our family extreme stress and discomfort. We could not wait to leave

Family Holiday dinner

This home was ideal for our family! We hosted Christmas dinner for our extended family and had everything we needed to make a big dinner from scratch. There were all of the pots, pans, tools as wells as serving platters, plates, glasses and silverware. The weather was very warm so we enjoyed an ocean view with our meal. Afterward, we had enough space in the living room to hang out and open gifts. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for the holiday!

I would give Mary and her property more than five stars if I could! The location is stunning and the home is very well kept. Mary is very attentive and thoughtful and went above and beyond for us! good grandparent set up, but be aware of highway noise

we stayed with our son, daughter-in-law and their two infants, 1.8 year old and 6 months... great living room area and fabulous outdoor deck for dining, grilling, relaxing and and infant to walk around. Great to have Duke's right across the street as then the parents/grandparents could go across and have dinner while two stayed behind to watch infants, and then swap duties..."date night".. the front room can be quite loud at night given pacific coast highway and motor cycles - bring "white noise machines"...
