COMPLETELY REMODELED! Kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, ceilings, paint...beautiful and brand new! Come stay at the very west end of Bay County at one of the most pristine beaches with the best views around. Property is bordered by both fresh and saltwater. Lake Powell (Florida's largest coastal dune lake) on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other; unit has direct views of both! Situated right next to highly sought after 30A and minutes to Panama City Beach!

Condo is directly on the beach - no streets to cross, or long boardwalks to walk!

This newly remodeled Townhouse-style condo has two levels with direct views on each. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed with luxury linens and a sweeping view of the Gulf. A full bathroom is adjoining, with walk in shower. Walk up the stairs to find yourself on the second level which has gorgeous views from both sides. The living area looks directly over the Gulf as well, inviting lingering cups of coffee in the morning! The kitchen is fully equipped, overlooking the living area and Gulf coast. Open the windows for the Gulf breeze and listen to the waves!

The second bedroom has a balcony overlooking Lake Powell. Two full sized beds with new mattresses and linens for a great night’s sleep, with barn door for privacy. Ample seating in this large sized room as well!

Large screen tvs in both master and second bedroom, with cable and WiFi provided. Full sized washer and dryer in laundry closet.

The unit is beautiful but the complex and area are both one of a kind. Located in its own gated community, Pinnacle Port offers places to eat and drink within minutes of each other. There are two pools (one heated indoor/outdoor), tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffle board, fishing, kayak, and there are paddle boards and canoes for rent nearby. There is also a nice playground and grill area. There is boat access so feel free to bring your own water toys. Pinnacle Port is close to everything but still maintains a private, secluded feel. It is just west of Panama City Beach, and borders Camp Helen State Park. Minutes away from the Rosemary Beach end of 30A, providing sought after dining and shopping options! It is a private, gated community with many amenities to keep you on the property.

We chose this spot because of its family friendly setting, with pristine uncrowded beaches away from the densely populated ones found commonly on the Gulf coast. Yet, it's close enough to Panama City Beach and 30A to take advantage of all both areas have to offer. Perfect place for your beach vacations!

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights. It has two bedrooms, which was perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely view of the beach. Being able to walk right onto the beach was great. Beach is quiet. Every time I communicated with the owner it was always a quick response. It was a great vacation and our family will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vaca for spring break!

Adorable condo, great location & host!

Great, newly renovated decor at this beach front condo! Super convenient location near Rosemary, tons of great dining around Inlet & Rosemary etc. Grocery & drugstore almost across the street. Heather's a wonderful, responsive host, too. Definitely recommend this property.

August 2019 vacation

View from the living room and master bedroom were awesome! It was so nice to walk out the building door and be on the beach! We stayed in Rosemary Beach 5 years ago. This beach was much less crowded than Rosemary Beach! Location was great! Five mins from Rosemary Beach/shopping/restaurants. Twenty mins from Seaside and about 10-15 from Panama City shopping mall. Would definitely stay again!

3 night stay over July 4th

The condo is updated, clean, in good condition. The view from the living room is beautiful- right on the ocean. We wished the balcony was ocean facing so we could sit and enjoy the sounds and view. There were plenty of beach supplies to borrow which was a huge help- umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Close to stores and restaurants but not walking distance. The entryway is tricky when coming and going, very tight space. Overall it was a great place to stay- beach front and the beach wasn’t crowded either!

We bought this condo after visiting the Gulf coast over the years too many times to count! It's our second home, and enjoy sharing it with others.

Why they chose this property

Location location location! We love to treat ourselves to all the fine dining 30A has to offer, along with the boutique shopping! But having Pier Park and Panama City Beach minutes to the east is perfect for when the kids are ready to go check out Gulf World, water parks, and tons of other activites! The beach itself is amazing - not densely packed like others we've visited.

What makes this property unique

Camp Helen State park borders us to the west, providing even more seclusion. It is well maintained, with beautiful trails for hiking, biking, running, and wildlife observing.
