The condo was very clean and the view of the beach was wonderful. Everyone staffed on the grounds was very friendly. Steps to the beach was very convenient. Will be booking again soon.

Living room overlooked ocean. Master bedroom overlooked a little ocean view ( towards Pcb and other homes, parking lot). The pinnacle port buildings need updates. The unit itself fit the bill for us. Lots of good walking opportunities within gated areas.

Condo was great. Had everything we needed plus extras. Everything was clean when we checked in. Ned’s were very comfortable. We had no issues and great communication with the owner. Would love to stay here again.

Great Low Key Stay

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was great as it was away from the crowds of both PCB and 30A. The beach wasn’t crowded and there was ample space for everyone. The pool served as a nice break from the sun with kids. I would certainly stay here again!

Great location and views.

This location is perfect because you are between the fun and shopping of Pier Point and the great restaurants and charm of 30A. Great views from most rooms and the balconies. Of course their beach is amazing, but there are also two pools (one heated). Comfortable and clean and I can't wait to go back!

Lovely Condo with beautiful gulf views!

We had a great stay at Pinnacle Port in Tony's place! Everything was as pictured and described, check in was easy, and the furnishings were lovely. The host was very accommodating and the location right on the gulf was beautiful. This was our first time to the Florida Panhandle - we'll definitely be back!

Perfect for families looking for amazing beach!

We absolutely loved staying in the condo! It was clean and comfortable, and Tony was super easy to work with. The unit has an AMAZING view and many touches for families, with books and games on hand. Pinnacle Port is a gem, located right next to a state park and on Lake Powell. Can't wait to visit again!

A fine place to stay

Aside from a lingering sour smell the condo is as advertised. Pinnacle Port is in need of some upgrades, however it did not prevent us from having a great vacation.

I reached out to our maintenance staff after you mentioned a sour smell in the unit in the review, and apparently there was a plumbing issue stemming from the neighboring unit. Wish I had been able to help during your stay, but rest assured we're all salty air and sea breezes now! Come back and visit us again soon!

Pursuing our dream of having a beach home, we purchased a condo in Pinnacle Port in west Panama City Beach, FL in January of 2018. We love our condo’s location - breathtaking views from every window and balcony of the beach, extremely close to all of the wonderful 30A restaurants, close enough to Panama City Beach for the convenient amenities but far enough to avoid the over crowded beaches, the security of a gated entrance to the resort, the many amenities available at Pinnacle Port, and the beautiful white beach just outside of the building’s back door!
