The ceiling in one of the downstairs bedroom is falling down. There is a big problem with black ants in the bathroom and back door entry. Other than that the house was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Doland House this past weekend. The house was comfortable, convenient annd everything is Hot Springs was in walking distance. The host was amazing and gave us some great recommendations. We will definitely stay here again, we enjoyed it very much!!

Fabulous cottage, perfectly located in Hot Springs. Great place to stay and enjoy the town, the A-T, the river, the Resort/Spa. Walking distance to everything and plenty of space for family and friends to spread out. We'll definitely stay at Dorland Cottage on future trips!

What a great place to stay!

We love Hot Springs, and this cottage matches the demeanor of the town perfectly. It was so nice to sit on the porch and watch the thru-hikers pass by. Can’t wait until our next stay.

The location was perfect to enjoy the AT town of Hot Springs. Within walking distance to everything in the town. Communications with the host was easy and the host was very accommodating. Would recommend this location for a stay in the area.

Great spot for enjoying downtown Hot Springs!

We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and Hot Springs Spa from the house. Nice views of the fall colors and a great front porch for relaxing. The dining room table was perfect for an evening of games.
