Fully furnished with the things to make for an enjoyable beach vacation. Second floor unit with Open Stairs to reach unit. Parking in front with numbered spaces. New balcony with two slight views of the ocean. Three minute walk across the street to public beach access 1. Within walking distance to restaurants, clubs, Gulfarium, city fishing pier and shopping. Only minutes by car to Destin and the well known Crab Island. One 47" Smart TV W/ Basic Cable. 24" smart TV/ front bedroom/No Cable. Board games, umbrella and four beach chairs in closet. Must provide own beach towels.

The location was exactly as described online, and upon arrival we found a clean tidy, neat and functional space. It was a comfortable week spending in Florida with amenities close by within walking distance, and Destin being just a short drive away. It was exactly what we needed to celebrate Christmas with our daughter (who lives there)! The place had EVERYTHING we needed! The host literally thought of everything!
