¡La unidad 2711 tiene una de las mejores vistas de la hermosa isla Okaloosa! Esta unidad del piso 7 / superior, en la esquina del edificio, cuenta con una cubierta envolvente donde disfrutarás de vistas de 270 grados del Golfo de México, Santa Rosa Sound, Brooks Bridge, puertos deportivos y más. Los 2 dormitorios y los baños se encuentran en los lados opuestos de la cocina y las áreas de estar, lo que brinda privacidad para parejas o familias con niños. El área de estar y la cocina tienen vista al golfo, y el dormitorio principal, en la esquina del edificio, con cama king y ventanas de piso a techo, tiene las mismas fabulosas vistas panorámicas que la cubierta. El gran segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un escritorio. La sala de estar / comedor tiene un sofá cama doble, un sofá y una mesa con 4 sillas. La cocina espaciosa es mucho más grande que la típica cocina de condominios. Ambos dormitorios tienen grandes armarios con puertas de espejo de cuerpo entero. El baño principal tiene los suyos y los de ella. Las comodidades incluyen una cocina completamente equipada y actualizada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 3 televisores HDTV, reproductores de DVD, conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita, lavadora y secadora, minibar y ventiladores de techo. Las sillas de playa y la sombrilla son gratis (de marzo a octubre) y la piscina está climatizada.

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en el apartamento y cocinas totalmente equipadas, ¡así que solo tienes que preocuparte por divertirte! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de parrillas / picnic, WIFI GRATUITO, área de lavado de autos, paseo marítimo para la playa y un conveniente mercado al lado. ¡Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a solo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla Okaloosa, a solo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium.

Great location and staff was great! I have never stayed somewhere that the staff was so attentive!! We left some items and they mailed them to us right away! We will definitely be back!!

Very thin doors, the facets in the shower are loose, feels like you can break things easily on accident. Too many mirrors everywhere if you have small children running around.

February in Ft Walton Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus Condo. The room was exactly as advertised and the view of the beach and surrounding area was excellent! The balcony faces SE and has great sun in the morning. The SE balcony also protects against the strong winds that blew most of the time, (we stayed for the month of Feb.) The water heater broke down the first night we arrived and the staff had it replaced right away.

Vacation

This condo fit all of our needs. The only recommendation I would have is blinds and curtains to be added to the larger bedroom. The blinds do nothing as far as keeping light out or keeping it cool. It was the warmest room in the condo.

The office staff was amazing and recommended great places to eat - other than the touristy places. The pool was nice - sometimes a little crowded, but the bathrooms were also very clean. 2711 has an ice maker that produced enough ice for our daily yeti cooler on the beach. The beds were hard, which I would recommend replacing, but other than that it was a wonderful vacation! Will definitely be back.

This is the first year we used this condo, we normally use a different condo building. 1st of all the ONLY reason we used it was because they wouldn’t refund us our money because my daughter was In the PICU with RSV hooked up to oxygen for 5 days. The condo was dirty, the beds were hard, the location was mediocre at best. They were very misleading about the location of the condo on VRBO. But the heated pool was a plus. We won’t be back.

Disappointing

THe condo smelled very musty especially when we walked in. The master bedroom has two sliding doors and one faces the main street. The traffic noise is very loud especially for sleeping. There were numerous white patched areas on the walls. There was a slat missing on the vertical blinds in the bedroom so there was not complete privacy. The sliding doors were very difficult to open, seems they have never been cleaned. There were 3 roaches around and a dirty sock under the bed. The beds were not comfortable especially the queen. And there is nothing in walking distance. You need a mod of transportation for everything from eating to shopping. Very disappointed and would not recommend this condo.
