古代ローマのディオクレティアヌス宮殿の中心に位置する豪華な1階のアパート。 アパートメントには、2/3のゆったりとしたダブルベッドルーム、広いリビング/ダイニングエリア、3つの広々としたバスルーム、大きなプライベートテラスがあります。 アパートには、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、洗濯機、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、Sonos wifiサウンドシステム、ケーブルなどの便利な設備がすべて揃っています。 英語の映画チャンネル、Wi Fi接続、バーベキュー設備、各バスルームに取り付けられたヘアドライヤーを備えたテレビ。 また、各ベッドルームとダイニングルームには国際電源とUSBソケットがあります。 リクエストに応じて、ベビーシッター施設とウェルカムパックを手配できます。 ディオクレティアヌス宮殿は歩行者専用ゾーンです。つまり、駐車場は徒歩圏内です。 無料駐車場は少し離れていますが、有料駐車場と無料駐車場のどちらかを選択できます。宿泊施設へは、スプリット空港からタクシーまたはコーチで約30分かかります。また、タクシーと同じ価格で空港からのプライベートピックアップを手配できない場合もあります。また、プリスカのゲストのために多くの地元ツアー（特注または宣伝）の割引を提供しています。

This is an excellent property. It is spotlessly clean and has all that you need. The outdoor terrace was a wonderful place to sit and relax, away from the busy streets below. Baldo and Nickolina were brilliant - helpful with information and close by if needed.

Location inside the old city is amazing. Property managers Baldo and Nikolina contacted us ahead of visit and we arranged to have Baldo pick up each couple at the airport. They were SO helpful, nice and responsive. Great restaurant recommendations. In fact Baldo arranged a tour of Krka national park and Sibonik when our boat trip was cancelled due to wind. Can’t thank them enough. Also, property is clean, spacious and safe. Great rental.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment! We used the living room area as a third bedroom and had plenty of room using the lovely outdoor balcony. The location is superb in old town Split with easy accessiblity to the ferries and attractions. Baldo was amazing, he helped us with our bags both at check-in and check-out and was quick to respond to any of our questions! Superb

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay in Split was, and much of that was because of this property. Everything was exactly as the pictures on the listing show, the apartment is beautiful, clean and well kept. We utilized both the bedrooms as well as the pullout couch. It worked perfectly for our family of 5. The outdoor space was wonderful, you could feel the energy of split when sitting outside (and I mean this in the best way) but inside was so quiet you would never know you were in the heart of Diocletian’s Palace. And about that, you truly can not beat this location. It is unbelievable and you won’t understand how unbelievable it is until you arrive. To add on to all the reasons this is a great place to stay Baldo, the property manager, was so helpful throughout our stay. He even drove us to the airport and offered interesting information about Split along the way. Do not hesitate to book this property!

Very nice apartment in the hotspot of Split

This is a spacious and nicely decorated apartment in the best part of Split. A renovated old building. Very good for a family with grown kids. The hosts are Nikolina and Bardo which is the best couple as host that we have ever meet. Good and often communication before and during arrival and stay - very responsive. Nikolina gave us good advice for small local restaurants with very fine food - and advice for view-points. Give Nikolina and Baldo a tip, they deserve it. The apartment was very clean.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Split. The property was as indicated and was clean and well maintained as well as in a great location. This property was convenient to everything! The hosts, Baldo and Nikolino, couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive! They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, including a free parking spot just a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Split!

Lovely stay in historic central Split

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful apartment which is spacious and very well equipped- very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms.It was great to have the outdoor terrace. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. It was never noisy and the apartment was always peaceful and cool.Baldo the host provided lots of useful information when we arrived which we greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Amazing apartment in the Old Town. Brilliant location. The apartment is filled with character and has heaps of space. Our group of 5 really appreciated the 3 bathrooms. Spectacular Stay in Split

We were in Croatia for our daughter's college graduation trip and found this gorgeous apartment within the old city walls. Baldo was a great host! He picked us up from the airport and gave us a bit of history on our drive to the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean and well decorated. It is located in a fantastic part of town and right across from the best coffee shop in the area. The location was super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Split. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

Stay was great! Nikolina and Baldo took great care of us. Baldo took 2 couples on a walking tour. We were a party of 6 adults - 3 couples. You are right in the castle with everything all around you. Great stay!

Perfection in Split

There are not enough wonderful things to say about every aspect of this trip. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The place was immaculately clean. The placement was superb as it was situated directly inside of the palace walls. Easy walking distance to everything. but the most priceless ammenity to this property was Baldo and Nikolina, the property managers. There wasn't anything they didn't help with, whether it was figuring out how to use the washing machine or how to tell the tour driver where to pick us up they were beyond helpful. I would book there again in a hot minute. You won't regret any part of it. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Excellent apartment

Baldo, our host picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we left. He a delivery fitful host. He told us about the history of Split and helped with anything we needed. The apartment is fabulous. Large with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It’s large and well equipped. We loved the terrace where we ate and relaxed I highly recommend this city, apartment and Baldo our host. We would definitely return.

Family Time in Split

We enjoyed our stay in the “palace” in Split! Loved the location! Loved the history. And Baldo was excellent as a host! He shared knowledge of the area, history, places to visit and great restaurants too! We also loved the little coffee shop across from the entrance to our place. Highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for our family of 6 adults.

This is where you want to stay in Split. Heart of the city, close to everything

We had an amazing trip. Baldo is the best host there is. Lives right next door and catered to every need. The apartment was spacious, 3 bathrooms and great hot water and pressure. Great location and great little coffee shop right nnext door.

We are a British family who first invested in a waterfront fisherman's cottage on the island of Brac(property no. 55026) in 2004 and fell in love with Croatia's wonderful landscapes, people and food. In 2013 we felt it was time to make a second purchase in this beautiful, historic centre of Split and were fortunate enough to find this very special property. In April 2014, we completed the project and are pleased to make this lovely apartment available for others to enjoy.

The apartment offers access to a beautiful coastline, a great deal of Roman history and many excellent restaurants, cafés and shops. Even the local supermarket is a site of historical interest. There is an amazing fish and vegetable market a short walk away, as well as an abundance of bakeries for your freshly baked, daily loaf! We were instantly attracted to this wonderful apartment by the high ceilinged, generously proportioned rooms and private terrace all set within a site of Roman antiquity and so perfectly located for enjoying all the delights Split has to offer. We now feel able to offer a two stop holiday experience of Croatia by offering potential visitors the opportunity to enjoy the hustle and bustle city experience in addition to the beauty and relaxation on the island of Brac - see property no. 55026 for more details.Also, in 2015 we partnered with a Split based excursion company which runs a variety of professional tours in Dalmatia to suit all tastes. Their focus is on the smaller group authentic Dalmatian tour experience, which is of a very high standard. Guests of Prisca will receive a discount of the listed price of all tours.
