We had an excellent stay. The views were beautiful and the condo was perfect for our family. It had every amenity we needed for our stay. Our host was always available and very responsive. We are very thankful that he let us have an early check in seeing as we were traveling from 14 hours away and ended up arriving ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend this condo for your stay and we will for sure be staying here again. Thank you for being an amazing host!

This unit was in need of a deep clean. Dust covered every surface, the appliances were very old, the balcony door didn't open and the master bathroom door didn't close. The untesils had dried food on them and there were stains on the bedding. Our key stopped working when we were packing our car 30 minutes before the scheduled checkout time. We also received no check out instructions, but did the normal checkout routine at most vacation rentals. We tried to communicate these issues with the owner privately and he has never replied to our email.

We love this area of Pensacola. This condo is so beautiful and comfortable and has everything we needed. The pools and amenities are so nice. This was part of a longer vacation and we didn’t want to leave!

Perfect Place to Enjoy the Beach

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, with easy beach access, all kinds of things to do on property, and easy access to all the activities on the main strip. Loved that it was also not too crowded. Beach chairs, umbrella and some toys on hand was an added bonus.

Love Portofino

The unit was excellent, just as described in the listing. Host was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Unit had everything we needed, wagon, beach toys and chairs were a huge plus for us. We love Portofino and have stayed there before, beautiful resort. We love that you are so close to both ocean and bay side. Would definitely look into this unit in future trips

Bud Picou has owned since 2006 and fully manages the property with us!~ He also owns 1003 in tower 5.

We LOVE going to Uncle BUD's condo every year and decided to buy one along with him,, so we could come MORE OFTEN!~ We LOVE the Emerald Coast!~

This unit was furnished towards families with lots of kiddos or traveling with grandparents ,,, that does not want to waste the extra money for a 3 bedroom unit!~ It has a King bed in the master(sleeps 2 adults),,, A queen sofa Sleeper (sleeps 2),, an oversize chair sleeper(sleeps 1) in the living room,,, and a set of Bunks with bottom bunk being a full( SLEEPS 2 Children,, top bunk( 1 Child) and a Queen/Full bed (sleep2 adults)for a total of 2 adults and 3 children ,in the second bedroom,, for a total of 10 total in the unit, if need be !~
