Stay in comfort & luxury at this updated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath at Portofino Island resort. The master bdr has a king bed with jacuzzi in the bathroom. The guest br has a queen bed, & twin cot. There’s queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Experience what Pensacola Beach has to offer with a stay at our exclusive updated condo with spectacular unobstructed view of the Santa Rosa Bay. The resort offers endless amenities /tennis, lap pool, heated common pools. Spa, saunas & steam room. Indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis. Outdoor and indoor restaurants with fire pit. *Please note that the resort charges a $75.00 check-in fee and $18/group per day for amenities in the Spring, $12 in the Fall & Winter and $28 in the Summer. The beach is across the private street. The Santa Rosa Bay offers calmer waters where more marine life can be seen & all water sports offered there. Beach chairs for rent-in the private beach of Pensacola Beach where the Jaws 2 was filmed. Make this condo your yearly spot!

I’m not one to write reviews but I feel like if I had known some of these things before booking I probably would have picked a different room but within the same Portofino Resort & Spa. Absolutely beautiful property. The resort and the amenities within the resort were absolutely perfect! The host was very responsive. Unfortunately, the room had outlets that did not work and light bulbs that were out. Also, we flew half way across the county so the lack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and daily kitchen necessities was a huge bummer because you don’t think to pack that stuff. Also, beach towels are not provided.

Very clean. Owner responded to texts right away. Tv was the only thing that we had trouble working. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Nice place

Great place. Had a hick up when we first got there but owner handled it quickly. Nice place to stay. Great price compared to other rooms there! Recommend bringing a fan to drown out elevator noise at night.

We stayed for 8 nights and overall our experience was good. We checked in and arrived to the condo around 11pm. A bad odor led us to discover that the garbage in the kitchen from the previous occupants was never emptied and the coffee maker still had the used filter and coffee grounds in it. While we weren’t off to a great start, we just simply cleaned the coffee maker and took the garbage to the trash room. We didn’t contact the host as it was late at night. However, the beds were clean and comfortable. The view from the condo is beautiful. Other than the garbage issue, the condo was clean. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer all worked well. We loved the building’s pool area and also used the community pool. The Gulf beaches are just across the street. The grounds are very well maintained. All the Portofino staff that we interacted with were polite, professional and went above and beyond expectations. Other reviews mention the elevator noise. While we heard the noise, we did not find it distracting. The units are all organized around central elevators, so it is likely that all of the other units in the building experience the same noise. We found the tile work in the unit more distracting than the elevator noise. The backsplash tile very poorly installed, as is the river rock accent wall in the dining area. Most puzzling is where the backsplash tile was used on the floor in the living room to cover a large area under the TV stand which the marble floor tile did not

Really nice condo, some issues…washer/dryer were old…dryer didn’t dry well and the knob was a wrench attached. The backsplash in the kitchen was falling off in some areas (didn’t affect us, but wanted to make note of it) Could’ve used more than 2 keurig cups of coffee (but not there long enough to justify buying a box). Wish there was a TV in the second bedroom and also wish there were some extra amenities like shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The beds were super comfy. And the communication with the manager (owner?) was efficient and had a quick response.
