Almost perfect accommodation

If like us you are limited with mobility and have age related aches and pains, this property is ideal. It’s on the first floor with a lift right outside the apartment door and easy parking in front of building. Facing south the balcony gives you views of the sunrising in the morning and the stars in the cool of the evening. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk just across the road. The only downside for us was that the apartment has no internet connection. It’s not a major problem really accept that our lives do seem to revolve it nowadays. The nearest connection we found was the free one coming from the tourist office opposite the big wheel. This is between a level 5-15 minute walk depending on your ability. Other than that we highly recommend this clean and comfortable apartment and it’s location.

Bel appartement on ne peut plus près de la plage, proche des restaurants mais pas juste au dessus, consignes d’arrivée très claires, beaucoup d’accessoires de cuisine

Excellent property in a great location.

We had stayed in St-Jean-de-Monts before, so knew the area we wanted to stay in this time. The property was in an excellent location. Being at first floor level was perfect and the free parking was ideal, especially on the night of the fireworks! The property had everything we needed, including a great balcony view out over the sea. It had all fittings and fixtures and the washing machine was an added bonus, meaning far less washing to be done when we got home. It is located very conveniently for the sea front area and not too far from Centre Ville, and to have a Boulangerie and Café below meant lovely, fresh breakfasts everyday, whether eating in or eating out. We would fully recommend this property.

Excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour de 15 jours à St Jean de Monts. Appartement idéalement situé, très fonctionnel, propre et aménagé avec goût. Grande plage juste à côté, centre ville à proximité. Ville propre et beaucoup d'aménagement pour les enfants. Propriétaire et personne sur place très accueillants. Endroit à découvrir et à recommander !

Appartement agréable, spacieux et bien situé

Très proche de la mer, de la piscine et des commerces, cet appartement est idéal pour des vacances en famille. L'agencement des lieux et des équipements fournis sont très appréciables. Très bon accueil.

Le descriptif des lieux notifié sur le site est totalement conforme. Etat impecable, tres bon agencement y compris les ustenciles de cuisine de qualité; Emplacement ideal avec des enfants (pas besoin de vehicule pour acceder à la plage en foret et aux diverses activitées: picine, maneges...) sur place accueil par une personne localqui donne de bons conseils... tres bien a recommander sans hesitation.

Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, refait à neuf et de très bon goût, lumineux avec un agréable terrasse. Tout près de la plage et de la piscine balnéo. Boulangerie juste en-dessous.....Et merci pour la délicate attention à notre arrivée (brioche et cidre bouché).

Belle prestation pour cet appartement très bien équipé et belle terrasse. Accès immédiat à la plage. Boulangerie au rez de chaussée, pratique pour le petit déjeuner. Accueil très sympathique et très disponible. Bref rien a redire.

Idéalement situé face à la mer, l'appartement a été refait à neuf du sol au plafond : literie, meubles tout est neuf et de très bon goût. La vue est splendide, le balcon agréable et le parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble est appréciable. Propriétaire et personne à l'arrivée très sympathiques. Bref, appartement idéal pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Appartement très bien situé et très bien aménagé, à deux pas de la mer et à côté de la piscine, idéal avec les enfants. Promenade sur la digue, commerces à proximité ainsi que les restaurants. Le petit plus .... La boulangerie juste en-dessous :-)
