Claudine est très accueillante et bienveillante. Elle connait de bonnes adresses. Tout est disponible à pied.Appartement au 3e étage sans ascenceur, avec une chambre et un séjour spacieux. Mention spéciale pour le séjour avec son balcon qui a une vue directe sur l'océan.Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont petites mais fonctionnelles.Le coin cuisine est suffisant si vous ne prévoyez pas de cuisiner souvent et Claudine est disponible en été s'il vous manque un ustensil (voisine de balcon !)Parking gratuit à proximité, notamment sur l'esplanade en cas d'arrivée tôt ou très tard pendant l'été.

Appartement idéalement placé avec très belle vue excellente relation avec la propriétaire très agréable petit bémol 3ème étage sans ascenseur non précisé dans l'annonce et mobilier un peu vieillissant mis à part ça nous avons passé un excellent séjour je recommande

Appartement très lumineux ! Face à la mer, ici, c'est le paradis. Très bien située au cœur du centre de saint jean de monts, ou l'on peut tout faire à pied, (commerces, marché, casino un très grand choix de restaurants et pour la plage, il n'y a qu'à traverser la route) la propriétaire très sympathique Claudine, la voisine comme elle se prénomme est très chaleureuse et aux petits soins avec ses locataires. Nous y avons passé un formidable séjour avec excursion à l'ile d'yeu. Nous conseillons sans aucun problème cette location et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. À bientôt Claudine !

Passez vous régulièrement dans les logements que vous louer ?L'apparte seul que nous avons loué manquait de confort 1 table pour les repas interieur ou terrasse 4 chaises de jardin pour intérieur et terrasse 4 bol1ebreche 1 fêlé pas de canapé ni fauteuils convenable maii une belle vue sur l'océan

Bonjour! Je viens de lire votre commentaire et je suis très étonnée du soin que vous avez pris a dénigrer le logement... Les gens sont plutôt satisfaits en general et je ne peux pas refaire la deco a chaque passage! Oui bien sûr,ce n est pas le Hilton mais C est avant tout un logement estival et plutôt sympathique...Les gens ne viennent pas pour regarder la télé dans un canapé(j ai mis 2 lits simples a la place...pour coucher des enfants éventuellement... Je vous conseille donc de "taper" plus haut,et plus cher,en fonction de vos exigences !

Vacances de rêve à StJean de Monts

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette location. La vue est magnifique, on ne s en lasse pas. L appartement est propre, lumineux et très très bien placé. On a tout à côté le marché, les magasins, la supérette, les restaurants. La plage en face de nous et comble du luxe, le parking est gratuit. L accueil est très chaleureux, en bref vive les vacances

appartement très très très très sale, la personne qui doit faire le ménage ne le fait pas, pas d'eau chaude a notre arrivée, et j'en passe.

Vous avez une curieuse conception de la propreté !!! Quand on prend un café dans mon appartement et qu on laisse les tasses sales dans l évier, c est un peu ridicule de venir se plaindre du plus petit grain de poussière !!! Votre comportement très arrogant, voire détestable, dénote en plus d un mal être certain, un manque d éducation évident ! Gardez votre hargne pour des motifs plus importants et surtout, surtout, restez chez vous !!!

Nous avons séjourné, fin Octobre debut Novembre ,en clair on en revient . Une vue exceptionnelle. Appartement idéalement placé :resto ,casino plages a deux pas . Un pur bonheur. Proprietaire tres agréable et Marie Claude au top . On y reviendra surement .

Une vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Mme Boyer est très sympathique, elle nous a très bien accueilli et est de très bon conseil. L appartement est très bien située à 5 min de la rue pietonne et face a la mer. La vue y est incroyable. Nous avons eu droit au couché de soleil chaque soir, un émerveillement. Le coup du spectacle le feu d artifice du 15 Aout en directe du balcon. On espère vraiment y revenir un jour...
