Welcome to Pelican Beach #1709. Our one-bedroom gulf front condo has the perfect location for you and your family! The King Master Bedroom is connected to a private bath. In addition, the condo has built in hall bunks and another full bath. The living room and kitchen both face the gulf. Being able to utilize a fully equipped kitchen instead of dining out for every meal is one of many advantages of staying at our Pelican Beach condo! For the best view of the gulf, simply step out onto your private gulf front balcony to enjoy the sweeping views!
Open your balcony doors and you are facing Destin's beautiful emerald blue waters! You will love the easy access to the beach and pool. Grill up some of your favorite meals on the BBQ pits downstairs.

We have provided all the amenities you'll need during your stay including free wi-fi, cable. We have seasonal beach service includes one umbrella and 2 beach chairs that can be set up for you daily for a fee. We also have patio furniture for you to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Aside from it's beautiful beaches Destin also offer's plenty of other fun and relaxing activities. Shop till you drop at Silver Sands Factory Outlet located one eighth of a mile from your condo. Enjoy a delicious dinner at one of Destin's popular local restaurants including Harbor Docks and The Back Porch. Take the family out for a day of fun for golf, deep sea fishing, Big Kahuna's water park across the street, jet skiing and dolphin cruises just to name a few!
