New Build - Just Steps Away From Main Street

A newly built 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home, located on Union Street just two short blocks from the heart of Main Street. The whole house is fully air conditioned with a Nest system, every bedroom has a on suite bathroom, and a Sonos wireless speaker system. An easy walk to shops, restaurants, the wharf and ferry. All new construction with the highest quality of appliances and peeks of Nantucket harbor from the third floor.

You enter the home on the first floor which has an open family room, dining area and half bath. The kitchen opens up to the family room and is right next to a set of french doors that leads to an outdoor patio. The outdoor patio has a table, separate seating area, and a new Weber gas grill. There is also one parking spot for you to use right at the house for your convenience.

The second floor includes three bedrooms all newly decorated, and all with on suite bathrooms. The master bedroom on this floor has a king bed and on suite bathroom with a double vanity and both a shower and bathtub.

The third floor includes a separate small seating area and the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has twin beds and a separate full bathroom is also on this floor.

The basement level of the house has a separate entrance door and a second family room with windows. There is a a full bath located in the second family room. A laundry room with two washers and two dryers are also located on this level for your use.

Great summer stay on Nantucket. Very comfortable house and layout for our family. Well equipped kitchen for this retired chef and lots of beach stuff including shovels to anchor the umbrella and coolers.Bedrooms are comfy and the en suite bathrooms were much appreciated by all. Everything in this house is well maintained and working! Just pack your bags and go!!

Beautiful Home and Perfect Location

I having been raving about Danielle's home since the moment we checked in. Every detail is exactly as it appears in the photographs and there was more than enough space for the nine of us that spent four nights there. The house is incredibly clean and the location could not be more perfect. I can't wait to go back!

Incredible House!

Beautiful home - so spacious, quiet, and lovely. There was plenty of room for all of us - 6 couples. It was located in the prime spot right near town surrounded by sweet hydrangeas and pink climbing roses. Danielle was very responsive and helpful. Loved everything! Had a perfect trip!

July 4th on Nantucket

The house is fabulous and the location was the best because we did not have a car. We could walk to the grocery store, stores and restaurants. We love to cook and the high end kitchen was perfect for us. And the back patio was perfect for dinner outside, and it was a great escape from indoors. We would highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again.

The Perfect Home for Family and Friends

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful home and perfect doesn't do justice to describing it. Size for a family of 4 and 4 friends with ample room for everyone to have their own space and the ideal location-only a 5 minute walk to town, grocery story, and beaches (15 minute bike ride) so that only one car was only needed. The hosts respond immediately to any concerns we had and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect!

This is our second stay at this property. With four en suite bedrooms, and every modern amenity--it is a perfect set-up for couples or families. We love the location-just a few steps from town. Danielle-the owner/manager is simply fabulous. She responds to inquiries almost immediately and does her best to accommodate any of our special requests. I hope we can have many more stays at this wonderful home.

Wedding Week

My Daughter got married on island and I needed a house for my family visiting from Michigan. My family had never been to ACK so I wanted something special. I wanted to be in town so everyone could be on their own while I was busy with wedding 'stuff'. The location was perfect. Everyone had their own space, their own bathrooms, etc. It was perfect in everyway.

What a dream house! The location, floorplan, and decor were perfect. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The layout of the house was ideal for our family of 4 couples and 2 toddlers Plenty of space so as to not be on top of each other. A beautiful open concept on the first floor which allowed us the opportunity to cook and still visit. Top of line kitchen-no detail spared. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful walk-off patio from the kitchen. Each bedroom had its own bathroom (key). There is another family room on the lower level. It was the toddler hangout. The location was ideal. We were 2 blocks from Main street. Everyone could come and go as they wanted. Danielle was so easy to work with. She quickly answered all my questions. We had a magical trip to Nantucket in part because of this VRBO...

FABULOUS house!!

We had an amazing time at this house. It was my husband and I with two adult children in their late 20’s and early 30’s, their significant others and one teenager and one “tween.“ The house was absolutely immaculate. Each of us had our own bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the teens had the uppermost floor with their own sitting area as well as their own bedroom and bathroom. There are basically two seating areas/family rooms, which was great when the younger kids wanted to go downstairs and watch a movie/play on their iPads. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked and the open floor plan was wonderful. The house is a very short walk into town, which was awesome because we were able to everything. There is a nice parking spot immediately adjacent to the house which was very helpful to not have to park on the street. I loved this house and our time here and I would absolutely recommend staying here. We would definitely return.

This is our second visit to this amazing home only steps from Nantucket’s historically beautiful town/ restaurants and shopping. Outstanding location. Everything about 10 Union Street is perfect. The home is beautiful with top of the line appliances, an awesome grill, and everything you need for a day on the beach. The set up was ideal for our family with college kids on the top floor, couples on the 2nd floor, and an adult guest in the finished walkout basement with a private bathroom. The location couldn't be better, only a two minute walk to town but utterly quiet at night sitting on the pack patio. Danielle was incredibly responsive answering emails within minutes when we had a small issue. We are planning to return next summer and wouldn't consider renting anywhere else!

Beautiful home near town

The host was so accessible and easy to reach. I stayed here with my family and one year old and we had a wonderful time. The house is a perfect location to town to walk to dinner and bonus to have a parking spot as well as easy access to the Wave. The only slight drawback was that the cleaning crew was an hour behind so we couldn’t check in until 5pm. Would recommended and stay here again.
