Michael, I was happy to hear that you loved the location of "Hunky Dory." It is an ideal location for most people. Just so there is no confusion, the downstairs full bathroom is in the hallway, not in the king bedroom. The pictures on the website have always clearly shown the size of the bedrooms. The descriptions of the twin bedrooms have always stated that they are walk-thru as well. All future guests have accurate pictures and descriptions of all rooms before booking, so I am a bit confused as to why it was awkward since that was known in advance. There are homes with different sleeping arrangements and even ensuite bathrooms for those who choose to pay for that luxury or stay in a less ideal location. Immediately upon your check-in I text you to let me know if you need anything. So of course I was disappointed to hear for the first time in your review that you found any beds uncomfortable. I reached out to you after reading your review to determine the specific issue of course. I understand everyone has different tastes in mattresses, but I certainly would have arranged for alternates had I been aware you found the twins that you and your wife slept in too firm. I had several conversations and texts with your extended family member the morning after your first night, when she and I spoke about her need for a dvd player. Of course any issue concerning the twin beds was never brought up then either. I trust you heard from her how responsive I was to her request for a dvd player so she could show personal movies that evening. I was thrilled that I was able to borrow a dvd player after hours of searching for one for sale on island, as everyone I contacted could not find one for sale there. I had it delivered that very same afternoon. I was a bit disappointed that you did not acknowledge my immediate response to that request in your review, but I assume you were aware of it, and known then you could have reached out to see how I could accommodate you regarding your issue with the twin beds. I assumed after my text upon check in, and my efforts the very next morning concerning the dvd player, that it was obvious that your family's needs were of my utmost concern.
