Condominio contemporáneo renovado de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños, con increíbles vistas desde cada ventana. Terraza de una unidad con vistas a la tranquila y privada Cowpet Bay, St. John y Great St. James.

Disfrute de las espectaculares vistas desde su condominio para no fumadores con vista a la hermosa Cowpet Bay, que cuenta con tres habitaciones, tres baños, tres baños y 1.400 pies cuadrados. El condominio tiene todo lo que necesita para una escapada relajante y divertida. La zona de estar tiene un sofá seccional extra grande, TV de 40 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD / estéreo con reproductor de iPod y conexión WiFi gratuita. Tiene una terraza cubierta extra grande con comedor al aire libre / espacio de descanso que asientos cómodos seis. En el interior, tiene tres dormitorios king extragrandes con ropa de cama del hotel, cada una con su propio baño completo y toallas. Todos tienen aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo individuales, televisores grandes con reproductores de DVD y armarios con espacio para colgar. Dos suites tienen vistas abiertas al mar y acceso a la terraza al aire libre. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos que se esperan (refrigerador, horno / estufa, lavaplatos, horno de microondas), además de utensilios y espacio adicional para comer para seis personas.

Solo lleva 30 segundos caminar hasta la hermosa playa bordeada de palmeras donde hay tumbonas y sillas de playa de cortesía. Aquí puede disfrutar del sol o tumbarse a la sombra de una palmera o árbol de mar. La playa tiene una gran área de natación protegida y un área donde se puede bucear. Al lado de la playa hay una gran piscina bellamente ajardinada con jacuzzi. También hay un gran bar y restaurante, Caribbean Fish Market, que sirve cenas y bebidas.

En la bulliciosa ciudad cercana de Red Hook, puedes tomar un ferry a St. John y las Islas Vírgenes Británicas (se requiere pasaporte). La ciudad tiene una gran mezcla de restaurantes, bares, cafeterías, una tienda de comestibles / licores / vinos completamente equipada, boutiques de regalos y especialidades, además de una gran marina para todas sus necesidades de pesca / charter. It was very pleasant. We enjoyed the stay. Just make sure whom ever comes to visit that they try to come when it’s not the beginning/during/ending of hurricane season. Lol the seaweed was bad in some bay areas. But we made the best of it. We also went to Saint John’s island which was absolutely breathtaking . I recommend staying here.

Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our family trip! We had six adults (three couples) and an infant, and the space worked out great. The three bedrooms were roomy, so everyone had their own space to relax, and there was plenty of room to hang out together in the common areas.The balconies were amazing—great beach and ocean views, and perfect for morning coffee or just chilling out. We loved being able to walk to the beach and pool, and having bars and restaurants right on-site was super convenient.It’s also just minutes from Red Hook, which has great restaurants, bars, and grocery options—super handy to have so much nearby.John was also a huge help when our car rental fell through at the airport—he had a Durango we could rent, which saved us a ton of stress.Highly recommend this place—great location, great setup, and and all-around awesome stay!

We had a wonderful dtay at the co do, the owner was super easy to work with and everything in the condo was great. Have the rental car on site through the condo rental was perfect. There are 2 restaurants with in walking distance. And a beach/pool bar on site.

Older townhome

The title definitely said renovated but I’m not sure it’s completely done. You can tell it’s an older townhome but the views are worth it. Kitchen is pretty narrow but everything looks updated and we were able to prepare meals. The host offered for us to rent one of his vehicles which made life so much easier. Steps to the beach and beautiful blue water. Definitely prime real estate!

Not Really Renovated

The photos of the property are beautiful, and it’s clear a lot of effort went into staging—but when we arrived, it was obvious the home didn’t quite match the pictures. The rooms weren’t very clean, including the bedding, which was disappointing. The second master bedroom’s bathroom isn’t en-suite and doesn’t have a door (something that wasn’t clear in the listing). The shower in that bathroom was very rusty, and the guests staying in that room didn’t feel comfortable using it, so they had to share with another couple.The towels provided for both showers and the beach were stained, so we ended up washing them ourselves to feel more comfortable. Unfortunately, the washer broke during our stay, and I couldn’t get a response from the property contact. We eventually got it open on our own, but it was a frustrating situation.We weren’t at the house much and made the best of our trip, but it’s not a property we’d rent again. With some better cleaning and maintenance, it could really live up to the photos.

Great location, steps from the beach and pool with two excellent dining options. The condo itself was comfortable. Our biggest issue was that we did not have WiFi the entire week we were there. We brought it to the property manager’s attention multiple times and it was not fixed. The place was also a bit dated and could use a more thorough cleaning. Overall though you cannot beat the location and we had a great time.

Beautiful Property-Amazing Views

Cannot say enough good about this Condo/Location and the owner/property manager that help before and during the stay. Condo was exactly how it was advertised. Amazing Views-Clean-Well Equipped. John was helpful for questions prior to stay and was gracious to let us have a late checkout as our flight didn’t leave until 4pm. Tanji the Property manager was on top of all our needs once we were on site, even checking in and bringing us paper products throughout our stay. Our party included 6 adults and two children, and everyone was impressed by the accommodations. Cowpet Bay has our heart forever, and now we have a new favorite condo to stay in. Until next time…

A much needed family vacation!

The condo was lovely. The location was perfect. The only thing that I would probably add to your listing was the amount of steps that you have to take. Every single day is crazy so anyone with any kind of knee issues or Walking issues could never stay there. But we were fine! The location is amazing. It’s so close to anything you need we did the entire island driving was not a problem. The neighborhood was so safe! It’s by 1 million. Restaurants everywhere was so good. Super convenient to get to the ferry that takes you to St. John. I would have more information on the island in the condo as well, maybe a binder with all the local restaurants and things to do and a map. I think we left a map behind just because I thought that it needed one. I would recommend staying here and would probably come back! Thank you for having us.

Beautiful view, comfortable condo

The place could use some touch up, it has some chipped paint etc., but it’s clean. No decor at all, which makes the chips more noticeable in my opinion. The beds are very comfortable, but bring your own pillow unless you like big pillows. The owner is very responsive if you have a problem, and he resolved ours in a timely manner. We had a group of 5 adults, so we each had a king size bed and each group had our own bathroom which was great. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great stay

John was very responsive and helpful and when we arrived, Tanji was also very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and had plenty of towels for showering and the beach. There were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper which was nice because things are expensive on the island. There was enough cookware and some spices. The walk to the beach was only about 2 minutes but it's a very steep walk. The beach is beautiful. We were able to snorkel right from the beach and see stingray, starfish and more. The beach restaurant and pool bar were great during the day and Caribbean Fish Market(also right on the beach) was fantastic. This property is very close to Red Hook where there are a lot of restaurants. This property is elevated on a mountain and driving can be scary! Overall, we loved our stay.

First Time to St. Thomas

This property was very nice. It had great amenities. The location of the condo was close to the pool and beach. We did rent a car, which was necessary to explore the island.

This is actually our third condo in St Thomas. Our friends and family love it here so much, we keep needing more room! From the turquoise ocean and the incredible sunset views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island, we are head over heels in love with St. Thomas. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

The best thing about this space is the view. It's just breathtaking, and the terrace gives you true indoor/outdoor living space. The condo is spacious, so no one feels cramped which is ideal when trying to relax. And the complex has everything you need, really no reason to leave!
