Charming three bed three bath contemporary condo, with incredible views from every window. Unit-wide terrace overlooking peaceful and private Cowpet Bay, St. John and Great St. James.

Take in the spectacular views from your 1400 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway. The living area has an extra large sectional sofa, a 40-inch TV, and a DVD player/stereo with iPod player and complimentary wireless internet service. It has an extra large covered terrace with outdoor dining/lounging space that comfortable seats six. Inside, you have three oversized king bedrooms with hotel linens, each with their own private full bath and towels. All have AC, individual ceiling fans, large TVs with DVD players and closets with hanging space. Two suites have open ocean views and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen features all expected appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave), plus utensils, and additional dining space for six.

It only takes 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a great bar and restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market, serving dinner and drinks.

In the buzzing nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery/liquor/wine store, gift and specialty boutiques, plus a large marina for all your fishing/charter needs. All of this within a mile of the condo.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee & evening wind down. Also loved that we were steps from the beach. We really loved the Sangria Bar that was just down the beach…great food & friendly staff. Also was nice we could use the swimming pool as well. Would recommend this condo to everyone!

Our host John was extremely welcoming and very responsive. The condo was perfect for my family of 5 with 3 teenage children. Everything worked as advertised, the entire place was clean and comfortable, wifi speed was fast enough to stream video, and the location and view were terrific. We had a wonderful dtay at the co do, the owner was super easy to work with and everything in the condo was great. Have the rental car on site through the condo rental was perfect. There are 2 restaurants with in walking distance. And a beach/pool bar on site.

It was very pleasant. We enjoyed the stay. Just make sure whom ever comes to visit that they try to come when it’s not the beginning/during/ending of hurricane season. Lol the seaweed was bad in some bay areas. But we made the best of it. We also went to Saint John’s island which was absolutely breathtaking . I recommend staying here.

The condo was as promised. We had a wonderful stay in St. Thomas. This was our second time visiting the area and this condo was great for 3 couples, and we absolutely love the beach area near the condo! What made it even better were the two great restaurants that were within walking distance. It was so nice to have that convenience.

Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our family trip! We had six adults (three couples) and an infant, and the space worked out great. The three bedrooms were roomy, so everyone had their own space to relax, and there was plenty of room to hang out together in the common areas.The balconies were amazing—great beach and ocean views, and perfect for morning coffee or just chilling out. We loved being able to walk to the beach and pool, and having bars and restaurants right on-site was super convenient.It’s also just minutes from Red Hook, which has great restaurants, bars, and grocery options—super handy to have so much nearby.John was also a huge help when our car rental fell through at the airport—he had a Durango we could rent, which saved us a ton of stress.Highly recommend this place—great location, great setup, and and all-around awesome stay!

Why they chose this property

This is actually our third condo in St Thomas. Our friends and family love it here so much, we keep needing more room! From the turquoise ocean and the incredible sunset views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island, we are head over heels in love with St. Thomas. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

What makes this property unique

The best thing about this space is the view. It's just breathtaking, and the terrace gives you true indoor/outdoor living space. The condo is spacious, so no one feels cramped which is ideal when trying to relax. And the complex has everything you need, really no reason to leave!
